My only issue staying at this hotel is the cost of their Breakfast and the very limited selection you get paying $17 Per Person (Including tipping the waitress (optional) ) Nothing really special about the Breakfast. The selection is actually less than some of the other Hilton Hotels that offer it for free. Besides the Breakfast, I enjoyed my stay.
We(Hus, Wife, 2 kids) left this hotel early to get another location for the last day of the vacation. Staff was very polite and friendly. Hotel was very well kept and rooms were clean. As for the room; the shower handle has to be in the worst spot possible as I hit my elbow multiple times and I’m overall thin. My wife brought up the same issue about the location; not rating the hotel down for that. The rating is because of the following in the shower they have the long tubes of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but day one we found out the shampoo was empty. Then day two out of the conditioner. With large containers some company standard should be in place to make sure all have a minimum of 50% or more. Had to call housekeeping to replace/fill both times. Then the replacement of towels said we need four towels and would only get two causing us to have to go get more each time. Another problem was the hot tub heater was broken upon arrival. Told it was going to be fixed the next day which it wasn’t and continued to get the run around. 5 days later and still not fixed the front desk said they fixed it. So that night we went out to the hot-tub and found out it still wasn’t hot. Another staff member then informed us it wasn’t getting up to temperature and was the same temperature as the pool. Kids ended up swimming in the pool for 30ish minutes and called it a night.
Hopefully this is just an off week!
Rude staff. Asked for bathroom tissue. 4 hours later we had to go seek out a maid for supplies. Told them we broke a mirror. Marked the spot before we went out. Returned 7 hours later and the marker and glass shards were still there. There was a scrap of paper on the floor in the hall the entire 3 days we stayed, also muddy footprints in the elevator the entire stay. Be sure to take Lysol and disinfecting wipes for your own well being.
I was there at a company Christmas party. It was bad. They ran out of food which prompted guest to leave. There were no servers working the event. They served ice tea with no ice. It was still warm from being brewed. There was no sugar, salt or pepper available for the tea or the food. There was a cash bar with a person (m) and a trainee (f). When we asked for soft drink options, he was very rude and practically barked them at us. My companion asked if he was mad and he said that was his resting face. They ended up giving me 6oz of the already flat Sprite for "free". Come to find out after the event, the soft drinks, although behind the cash bar, we're complimentary and we were not subject to only hot ice tea and water. The last thing is we had the room until midnight. The male started breaking down the tables and chairs around 10pm. We thought it was to make room to dance. No, it was to kick us out early. What a disgrace.
Dirty rooms, hallways, elevators and pool. Room service only works in the morning, and barely at that. If you need any extra towels or toilet paper you have to go and get it yourself.
Front desk was cold, rude and tried to double charge for a reserved room.
The only good thing about the hotel is the location since you can go elsewhere very easily.
I went to a holiday work.party there. The the guy working our party was so rude. There was no sugar straws , condiments ice or sodas out there for the guest until 2 hours into the event. The bar tender guy acted like people were Bothering him while he was there to serve drinks. Then he started breaking down all the tables and removing the chairs when we had 2 hours left for the party. He was running in between people on the dance floor so he could remove the chairs and Noone could sit. The bathroom stalls didn't work. It was terrible. Never again!
Great value hotel with easy access from I-95. Although I only stayed for one night, staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and room had been recently renovated with a very comfortable bed and large TV that could be hooked up to streaming services.
Do not stay here. Female Manager is a shady liar who instead of just admitting to a small mistake had me removed from the hotel ashamed of seeing me knowing she was caught in a flat out lie. Hilton honors did a poor investigation because the story she told them doesnt matchvanything and if they would have gotten a couple small facts from the officers it would have begated her story.
