Positive Review for Hilton Garden Inn Ardmore I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Ardmore and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The front desk manager Jessi's professionalism and warm welcome made a lasting impression. Shannon, the front desk agent, was equally impressive. She was friendly not only to me but my children also. She made them feel as equally important. Making sure they knew were the pool was and they were having a good time. Dining was also a delight, thanks to Becca, the dining room attendant. She was attentive to all her guests and ensured that all my needs were met during breakfast. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made all of her guests feel cared for. I watched her talk to each of her tables as they were her friends, she greeted everyone with a warm smile, a conversation and made sure everyone had what they needed. The combination of Jessi, Becca, and Shannon’s exceptional service made my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Ardmore one of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Front lobby agent great customer service, very welcoming and made my day upon check in. Bartender not very friendly, and makes a horrible Dirty Martini. Room was clean and had fresh linens, but mildew in shower not cool. There are products that will rid black mildew in shower, and long black hair not good. Please clean your bathroom and shower areas. Update on 9-5-24, booked another room while on business, and yet again another bathroom shower with black mildew! I checked out and canceled my reservation and went to another area hotel. I will not return to this hotel location!

Very clean. Friendly staff. The thermostat in the room WORKED!! my stay was during warmer months and the A/C cool the room down as it should. Will definitely stay again and would recommend!!

The hotel seemed to be working through some things. ||When I initially called to make a reservation, the girl on the phone was not super helpful or friendly. We got disconnected pretty early on but there was no callback from the hotel. When I called back to make the reservation, I mentioned “I just talked to you and was trying to make a reservation”, there was no acknowledgement from the worker at all. No customer service. ||When we arrived we were told they’d had computer problems and their housekeeping was behind, no rooms available at check in time. My only option was to check back in. When I did check back in about an hour later, the lady at the front desk abruptly asked if the first floor was ok, as if I was putting her out to check in. She was clearly overwhelmed and maybe overworked but she wasn’t friendly in the least. ||We finally made it back the room and while I think (and hope), the beds had been changed, there was a hair and a bug in the bathroom floor and the previous guests leftovers were still in the fridge. The fan and shower light also did not work. The carpeted floors throughout the hotel were in serious need of a deep clean. ||Overall, our stay was ok. And aside from the the girl who checked us in and took the reservation, all of the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I truly feel like a lot of the issues we faced were just due to a lack in staffing. I don’t foresee the need to stay in Ardmore coming again, but given the need, I would give it another try.

Positive: "" Negative: Not really pet friendly. $75 fee and they can?t be anywhere near the pool, but rather to keep them locked up in the room. But if they bark we?re out. It didn?t happen because I have a good dog. The pool and hot tub was why we chose this place.

We had a great stay! We plan to stay here again next time we are in the area. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Lots of hot water for a nice long hot shower after a day of traveling.

The rooms were okay at best. For the fee being charged for the rooms you would think free breakfast would be included. The main issue I had is with that lady Paula that works the front desk. She’s trash. She will quote you a fee for a room and when you checkout it will be a lot more. She will then lie straight to your face and try to convince you she told you beforehand what the total price would be. I would stay at the property again as long I don’t have to deal with that piece of garbage.

Agree with everyone else's negative review about this location. Just checked out this morning 5:30 AM got home @ 9:30 and saw 3 charges for that breakfast buffet. Are you serious. $12.95 . I really didn't want to rate the service a 3 star cause the frt. end ladies were super nice but guess i need to ask @ every Hilton if breakfast is a upcharge. Should have known when you have to put your name and room for plastic utensils.
