Stayed here on a quick visit to Disneyland. Really enjoyed staying here. Everything was pristine and clean. Staff was super pleasant. Their sundry area was well stocked. It was a short 10-15min walk to Disneyland. There is an IHOP and Dennys near by. I would definitely stay here again despite all the other properties in the area.

This is a great deal for those going to Disneyland. We got lucky and got a higher room and had a spectacular view of the fireworks every night. With a short walk to the parks, the location is great. We did have problems with our water but it was quickly resolved. The parking is required valet which can sometimes be tricky but was worth the price. We hope to get this amazing opportunity again! Easy walk to Disney! Hotel is very nice inside & out. New feel. Nice gym and pool. In site bar and restaurant is good too! Allows your four legged friends! Very clean, and everyone we interacted with was kind and professional. If you’re looking for a newer hotel, aesthetic, close to Disney and allows pets, this is the place.

We enjoyed our stay, watched the fireworks from our room & was an easy 12 min walk to the park. The pool is fantastic. Carmelino kept us well stocked with towels at the pool & anything else we needed! Definitely would stay here again. $8 margaritas & $10 appies by the pool from 2-6pm!

The reason for out 5 day stay was for Disneyland & California Adventure for 3 days. We had a 6 yr boy, a 13 yr old girl and my wife and I. I chose this location so we can walk, but took a ding for the $32 + tax/day valet parking. Only requested our rental car one time to get some In and Out nearby. We had the corner room on the 4th floor with large windows, it was nice but the I-5 noise across the street kept us up the first night. The remainder of the nights, we slept pretty good because we were exhausted from Disneyland. We like the room the beds were comfy and bathrooms were modern and clean. We had dinner the first night at the Manchester in the lobby and the food was good. But the breakfast buffet 6am-11am was boring. Scramble Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, oatmeal, fruits, pancakes or french toast and a waffle station. Wish they had a omelet station to add veggies. The kids enjoyed the small pool and the splash area but while walking to Disney, they saw the other hotel pool amenities and wanted to stay there. All in all, the stay was excellent and the staff were nice and professional, would stay here again.

We stayed here the first week of Sept. we called a few days before our reservation and spoke with Oliver…we let him know that we are bringing 2 kittens with us and he said that was fine just let them know at the front desk when we arrive. We called the front desk the day of our arrival to see if we could check in early..no rooms available at that time, no problem we could wait. We asked if there was a note on our reservation about the kittens, the lady said no and they DON’T accept cats! I told her that the website said they do and I had told Oliver 2 days earlier and he said they do! She got the manager on the phone and he said he would extend us a “courtesy” and let them stay but they could not be in the room by themselves unless they are crated or put in a kennel! That to is NOT on the website. We bought one. They do not offer room services if you have pets…no problem but that also means they get attitude when you ask for more towels. So like the other hotel we stayed at last year…we will be finding another hotel next time we go to Disneyland. The front desk needs A LOT of training to know what customer service really means and maybe read their website! Sad cause I saw so many positive reviews about this place.

Overall, it was an amazing hotel! Our primary purpose for staying here was Disneyland. Which is practically next door. So, with how close it was and other amenities, the location was perfect. Our room was fantastic as well. It was spacious, very clean, and overall comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was absolutely superior to any other hotel I've stayed at. It was able to cool the room to our desired temp within minutes. My only complaint is it didn't have a constant fan option. ( I like the ambient noise). Especially because the very active highway we were staying across did get a little loud at times. The hotel amenities itself was nice as well. The bar/restaurant served as a nice dinner when we arrived, and the cafe/convenience shop proved as our quick boost of caffeine for the morning before we walked to Disneyland. The only complaint I have is the valet service. Valet is required when staying here. They don't have any other parking for your car. I didn't know this until I arrived. So I assumed with parking via valet being required, the normal price of Valet parking would already be included in the stay price. This is not the case. It's an additional charge. I'm not that bothered by the price because I would have spent that much, if not more, by parking at Disneyland. What does bother me is that none of the staff bothered to disclose any of this when dropped off my car, when I checked in, or at any point during the stay. So I was surprised when I saw valet parking on the final bill. BUT, as of recently I'm overlooking the whole valet thing because this hotel takes part in an amazing "I forgot my stuff" service. Long story short, we forgot about $120 worth of items and didn't even notice they were gone until 20 days after we checked out. We used this service they provide, and after paying shipping, we got all of our items back just as we left them. So in conclusion, this hotel is PERFECT for staying at if you have Disneyland on your itinerary. I 100% plan to stay here again on our next Disney trip.

Best hotel service!!! The managing hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The manager made sure to check in with us every morning. They provided a side room for meals to accommodate the large group (100+ people) we were traveling with. They went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. All in all, we had an absolutely amazing experience here and we would highly recommend it. We hope to be back!
