Stayed for a quick work trip. I have to say this is the best Hilton I have stayed in. Extremely clean, new, and beautiful. Staff were friendly and amazing. Really comfortable and nice lobby/bar area. Restaurant had great food and prices. Lounge was lots of fun. The room was outstanding. Lots of cool art. Outstanding Diamond member benefits. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
My home away from home. This was my favorite place to stay when they opened, but I wound up finding a place closer to where I need to be. Closer doesn’t = better. This is the hotel you want to be at if you care about:||1. Clean and comfortable rooms. Best pillows ever!!|2. Predominantly business travelers who aren’t up partying. |3. Phenomenal staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, cared for and SAFE. ||As a solo female traveler, my safety is paramount to me. After a not so pleasant experience elsewhere, I opted to come back to this hotel and I’m happy I did. Same top level customer service, same smiling front desk employees who remember you every time you come through. ||Emily and Cloise are so kind. I originally had a room on the 7th floor, but after making them aware that I struggle with sleep and I’m on the opposite schedule as most travelers, they were gracious enough to move me to the 8th floor. Gorgeous outdoor sitting area and executive lounge loaded with snacks and drinks! ||Thank you for the wonderful “welcome back”, ladies. I look forward to my Nashville work trips now more than ever.
Wonderful Establishment With Great Rooms. Had the great opportunity of having dinner & breakfast and the waitress was so polite and patient. The ambient lighting just made the atmosphere feel even warmer and inviting. Check in was a breeze with beautiful rooms and I would be delighted to stay at this Hilton again.
I really liked this location. It was quiet and convenient to the tournament we were attending. The staff was pleasant and gave a good upgrade for our stay. I only have 3 stars for the room because theyshower could've been a lot cleaner. It was late or I would've called to have it cleaned. Thank God for shower shoes!!!
Great hotel. Room was clean and amazing. We had the king suite and it was immaculate. Gentleman greeting guests was so helpful. Upon arrival he got a luggage cart for my family, held the door open, and kept the entry clear of leaves. I got cash to tip him but unfortunately didn’t see him upon departure. Next time! Breakfast was great. Server was very attentive. Food was great. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
I stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times a year and I am never disappointed. The rooms are always spotless. The staff is friendly and attentive. Lastly, the chef knows what he is doing. Very good food!
This is a nice hotel but as a Diamond member at check in I asked if there was a suite upgrade available. The lady at the front desk very quickly said I’m sorry they are sold out for the night without checking in the system. Being that the parking lot was no where close to full I thought it was strange. After I got to my room and check availability on the website and the Hilton website had suite options available to be booked. I don’t think it’s a good idea to lie and not take care of your loyal customers. Disappointing because this is a nice hotel.
We stayed here two nights on an extended trip through Tennessee. Downtown Franklin is about 10-15 minutes away and a very easy drive. We haven’t stayed in a nice hotel in years. It was nice to enjoy the doorman, Ted, the lobby bar (great bartender and happy hour on Friday afternoon) the expansive lobby, outdoor seating and a nice spacious room with a comfy bed! We enjoyed drinks and dinner at the hotel. I highly recommend this Hilton.

It's very quiet for it to be as soon as you get off the interstate, and it's located around everything. The parking lot and playground were clean. The rooms were so comfortable and the beds. The only issues were the TV service and TV upgrade.
