Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront - Hotel in Cocoa Beach - 1550 N Atlantic Ave, USA

We stayed over new years before and after our cruise. Let me say this is the worse Hilton I have ever stayed in when it comes to service. Rooms were clean though. Upon arrival front desk seemed to be short staffed and could not find our reservation. We booked months advance which was aggravating but I was more than patient until they were able to get us into a room. We decided to stay here because of the restaurant attached which was a huge mistake. The food is fine. But half of our table received our food in 20-30 minutes as expected. It took an hour and 20 minutes for our other half to receive theirs 9 people total. my son got a cheese pizza and the other a cold cut sandwich …….. we had ask three total employees for the manager and she (Judith) refused to come talk to us until we refused to pay the bill which was over $300 then she decided she had time to come out and speak to us which took over 45 minutes. She was very rude to our party as well as made our server cry. (Our server was amazing and she was made aware it was nothing she had done). Apparently per Judith there was a large wedding party that was priority over the patio….

Our stay was 12/20-12/22/23 prior to Christmas Cruise and we stayed in an oceanfront room which we had, but we had to also look at a undesirable metal rooftop as well. I knew prior to our stay they were still under construction with there remodeling so I didn’t hold that against them. It wasn’t to bad to deal with. Overall we had a wonderful stay, the service from check-in to check-out which we arrived early and they accommodated us, which was outstanding. Buffet restaurant food was good and we had a ball at the Tiki Bar all service was top notch everywhere.

Good hotel but other options available at this price point. Nice tiki bar and the bar next to the beach is really nice. Rooms were somewhat clean ( found bugs in the bathroom). Shower pressure is horrible. Very few rooms have unobstructed view of the ocean.

Warning: Daily Construction Noise!!! I was informed there would be no construction noise during weekends, but this was not the case. Drilling and hammering occur daily from 8 am to 6 pm. If you’re planning to nap, consider visiting after the construction is complete. - Friendly and Efficient Staff Every staff member interaction was a pleasure. Front desk, restaurant and pool bar. - Overpriced with Additional Charges The hotel is decent but significantly overpriced. Expect extra fees for parking, beach chairs, and breakfast. - Room Quality: Mixed Feelings Our room was clean with a nice partial ocean view. However, the bed was uncomfortably hard (though my wife found it comfortable), and the furniture seemed overly worn for a room advertised as newly renovated. - Breakfast: Pricey but Convenient The breakfast buffet is $21 as of Nov 2023. It’s convenient and fairly tasty, but you might find better value meals nearby.

Could have been a memorable experience, but it wasn’t. Arrived early and checked in and found out the room they gave me was the worse room available in the hotel. I was facing the restaurant roof and could literally give the maintenance crew a high five from my window to tell them they were doing a great job - that’s how much privacy my room had. I immediately went downstairs to complain and ask for a different room, but management was not willing to help at all even after I explained that it was my wife’s birthday, and she hated the room that we were provided. Since I had driven all the way over there, I just decided to stay, because it was only for one night, but the end result was a very unhappy Customer. Management needs to advise guests ahead of time if they are going to get this type of room and offer a discount if the customer actually accepts staying in it. I was very unhappy to say the least.

Great party, the food was amazing the drinks were good, a little pricey but to be expected. I was disappointed with my room. It was very very basic, looked out over the parking lot instead of the beach. I paid for an ocean front view room and didn't get it. I paid for an early check-in, and late check-out and didn't use either but was still charged. I just expected more from a Hilton than this. I couldn't log in to Netflix The entire time we were there, even though that's more of an annoyance than anything. The bed was also very hard and stiff. I had to call the desk and ask for an iron and ironing board, the room didn't have one in it. I was just really expecting more and a much nicer room than what I got.

Obviously you get what you pay for but the location was awesome. Walking distance to food, shops, grocery store, big room we only stayed because we were getting on a cruise ship so we took a lift to the motel from airport! If I were to ever fly in and do a cruise out of that area again, I would stay there again for sure! My sister and brother-in-law stated a different hotel, but they paid quadruple the money and it was just to sleep!

We stay here several times each year. It has its own beach access, options for dining/drinks/sports watching and the location is perfect for all of your tourist activities. They have been under a remodel for the last few years and the new rooms are beautiful. People might complain about the pool being not so fancy but honestly, why go to the beach to sit in the pool! With all of the construction and as much as we stay there, honestly, there are issues that arise but what keeps us coming back is the customer service. When there is an issue, they resolve it and own it. Jamie, the front desk supervisor is amazing. She is very responsive, long after we checked out, helping to resolve any issues. This is a well run hotel.
