Nicely decorated and clean hotel on the beach. Excellent staff who know how to make guests feel welcome and special. It's conveniently located near numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. Clean beach with bar/food and rentals for chairs, umbrella, cabana. Be aware that you will lose your money if it rains, even 10 minutes after you rent. You cannot come back later and expect any consideration. 2 good sized pools - one for kids. A Kid friendly movie plays pool side a dusk! We stayed for 2 days. 1 of them was rained out, but we enjoyed our stay. We plan to come back and stay a couple of days longer but not rainy season.

I recently stayed at the Hilton, lured by the enticing pictures and promises of a Gulf view room. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking a stay here. Upon arrival, I quickly discovered that none of the rooms actually offer a Gulf view as advertised. Instead, my room opened up to loud, bulky AC units that significantly detracted from any relaxation I had hoped to experience. The noise was incessant, making it difficult to enjoy any peace and quiet during my stay. The rooms themselves were very basic and seemed outdated, lacking the upgrades one would expect when paying such high prices. The discrepancy between what was advertised and the actual accommodations left me feeling disappointed and misled. Adding to my frustration was the front desk staff's indifferent attitude. When I voiced my concerns regarding the misleading advertising, they seemed to ignore my complaints rather than take them seriously. It's disheartening to feel like your concerns are falling on deaf ears, especially after spending a significant amount of money for a stay that clearly did not meet expectations. In conclusion, I would highly recommend against booking a room at this Hilton location. The misleading marketing, coupled with basic accommodations and unresponsive staff, made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Save your money and look elsewhere for a hotel that truly delivers on its promises.

Lovely hotel, although a few niggles. $35 resort fee per day, per room on items I would have expected to be included.|$20 per day valet parking, which meant tipping each time we were brought the car to us. Ocean view was not a direct |view, there were massive noisy air conditioner units below which meant we couldn’t sit on the balcony.

We got a gulf view room. However, the rooms are set back behind the AC units making it so loud outside that you can’t sit outside. So if you’re reserving a room and you want to be near the beach and have a quiet patio, I’d recommend calling and trying to get a room that’s part of the main building on the beach. Our room was set back on the main road, through the parking garage. It made for a long walk to the beach but there’s a Starbucks at the bottom of the elevator and you get out right next to the main street which makes it easy to head out to shop or go out to eat. The coffee machines and coffee in the room are awful but you do have that Starbucks right there. The rooms and building are pretty clean. They definitely need to do an air duct cleaning because i looked up while doing my makeup in the bathroom and yikes 😳 Also, the beds leave something to be desired if you have any hip or joint issues. They are mattresses on a solid wood base. The TVs also lack any option to airplay or chrome cast. Valet is surprisingly quick! I stopped by the tiki bar for a break on our hike to the beach. The bartender wasn’t especially friendly but had just finished dealing with a borderline belligerent tourist so I can’t really blame him. Left him a nice tip in hopes that it would turn his day around. Beach was very nice but wow can you tell the oceans are heating up. Spotted a shark in the water and tourists refused to get out. Instead wanted to stand and gawk so I took my kids and left so we didn’t see anything bad happen. The beach and water was horribly crowded Saturday afternoon but was much better Sunday late morning. Rented a cabana and chairs but they’re set far behind the water line and back behind where others visitors bring their own canopies to set up. Seems like hotel guests that are paying to rent that equipment should get the good, if not prime, real estate. They were able to offer us an hour later checkout which was nice. Haven’t stayed at other hotels in this locale so cannot judge it apples to apples. Would definitely stay there again but would either get a gulf view in a quiet room that’s closer to the beach or just skip paying a premium for the gulf view and spend that on other experiences. Would also just bring our own beach things so we’re not far back baking the sand. There was a pedestrian hit or something our first night on the main drag. It is a very populated area so you don’t want to be wandering around fall off the curbs. Great shopping and restaurants RIGHT THERE.

We booked this hotel looking at the pictures that were posted on the website and we paid higher price for the Gulfview after coming here we understand that is only a partial view for all of the rooms Hilton has to offer. We checked multiple rooms to see if we like any of the rooms, but they were very basic for the price they charge. Every unit has a loud noise of the AC and rooms are extremely small for two people. This hotel is a complete disappointment. Their advertising is extremely misleading. We could get a way better room and view for the price we paid for a basic room at the Hilton.

I want I start by saying I don’t mind spending money on things that are worth it… I care about VALUE. This place is very expensive per night for the value that you get. Rooms are outdated with updated bathrooms. AC takes days to get cool. Balcony is extremely loud from the air conditioning making it practically useless. The main plus with this place is being on the beach. If you plan on spending everyday going down then I can see it but… you getting ripped on the chair pricing. Pool is good too but they close randomly and unfairly due to potential rain. It’s a common issue reading other reviews. Parking unnecessarily pricey. 30 a night… wow. Beach chairs unnecessarily pricey. Resort fees not worth it for what you get at all. Why am I paying $40 a night for resort fees when I can’t even use the amenities 😂.The place is a hub for extracting money instead of a nice resort to stay. Next time I will be staying somewhere else for much cheaper and nicer rooms & just walk across the street for the beaches. I wouldn’t recommend this place to people unless you don’t mind paying more than the place is worth. It’s very unfair how they expect us to pay a premium and then still pay a premium after showing up. Expensive food and drinks to.

Room is good. Valet parking is a total waste of customer’s time. You can’t imagine when you can see your car right there and they ask you to wait in line for 10min to get back your car just because valet parking is mandatory. One male valet parking guy had very bad attitude. He told me he cannot find my car, then he went to serve the next person. The beach is good, but the parasol and chairs costs $89 per day. They don’t do hours. Generally, if you are not driving a car, this is a good place to live.

Looking through Priceline, we were able to secure the room for under $300. Parking is $30 per vehicle per night. If you need anything from your car or you need to grab it because anytime you need anything at all, they have to pull the car around for you to get the items. The valet service is very friendly. We did experience an issue that was not resolved during our stay. We checked in at 5 PM and we're still have to leave at 11 AM although our shower did not work. At 9 PM we reported it to the front desk. They stated that they would have somebody out in the morning to fix it. This seems not acceptable considering that we have been on the beach all day and wanted to take an actual shower in the room we paid for. By 11 AM and nobody is still coming to fix the shower and we checked out. We don't think this is OK. Be careful of the sliding glass doors. One of the people in our party actually got cut by the door, which again was never remedied.
