Hilton Bellevue - Featured Reviews (2623)
After reading so many bad reviews, I was expecting something shabby. However, after getting and staying here with my family, including an 8 month old and 4 yr old, I/we couldn't understand the bad reviews. The hotel is very nice and conveniently located across the street from the Link rail. The staff were all wonderful. The room (753) was clean and updated. The beds were clean and so comfy! The pool and hot tub were clean and handicap accessible. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. We didn't take advantage of the massage spa, but it looked amazing. My partner and I are really having a hard time understanding why there are any poor reviews. We'll definitely stay here again.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was really great. The rooms are spacious, clean. Good swimming pool and the gym room.was really great too. We enjoyed our trip and the staffs were so polite and friendly specially Kim and JJ. I think the only part was when you had the pay for the parking🤪
This hotel is hot. They have windows for walls and it creates a greenhouse effect in the hotel. We stayed here twice. Once right before getting on a cruise and once after the cruise. The second time we stayed the air conditioning went out. It was uncomfortable and hot.
They offered us free Continental breakfast for our troubles of not sleeping in the heat. But it didn't matter anyways because a server never came to take our order or give us drinks.
The rooms are a good size. But you can tell they used the cheapest people to fix their rooms. Don't lean on the sink, it's not attached. I think the mystery white stains on the couch had me worried but my sweat washed it away. Because it was HOT!
Stayed at this hotel 2 times for military entrancing. The rooms are fairly clean, but still gross, especially the bathrooms. The curtains in there are curved so when you take a shower, all the water spills out. They definitely have mold growing in there since there's no drain outside of the bathtub/shower plus there's no fan in there. Take a hot, steamy shower? It takes forever for it to stop being hot and steamy in there. The rest of the room was alright. Look in any corner, there'll be some stains. The carpet in the hallways are disgusting, too. They stink. Overall, my stay wasn't bad, but it was a little gross.
The rooms are average at best and the service is terrible. There are also issues with their payment system. We were charged for the full stay upon our arrival + a 200 dollar deposit, which we willingly paid up front. Despite paying for the full stay and the deposit in advance, Hilton tried to make an unauthorized transaction of another 200 dollars. My bank detected this as a fraud and blocked my credit card. When confronted, the front desk initially didn’t understand, but later, when we spoke to their accounting, they admitted there was a glitch in their system that caused the system to charge us for the first night (even though we had been charged fully for the entire stay + deposit). they couldn’t explain this and they refused to take responsibility for charging us double.
The same thing happened to my parents, who were also charged an additional night , for no reason. We finally had them remove our cards from their file since we couldn’t afford to have all our credit cards blocked. This seems like financial fraud.
The front desk folks are obnoxious. They told us that the pool was heated, but the pool was terribly cold and dirty. No one was using the pool because of how cold it was. When we asked the front desk whether the pool was heated, she confirmed that it was and said they would ask the chief engineer to take a look at the heating system in the pool.
Next morning, when we checked with the front desk again ,another person denied that we made any complaint about the pool being cold, and said that the pool is not heated after all or that they have to put in some chemicals to heat the pool.
Basically, the folks at the front desk are dishonest and lie and tell you whatever they please. They are rude and the hotel and rooms are dirty and the pool is cold and disgusting with dead insects floating around in it. It appears that many people have complained about the pool (we saw several people using the jacuzzi but not the pool, and we spoke with many people who complained about the pool), but these complaints go into a black hole and miraculously disappear, like ours did. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.
This should be a 4 star property. Recently stayed here, price is VERY low. The room quality is a little outdated but still is pretty nice, the food in all Hilton Hotels are top quality, and everything feels contemporary and luxe. Though I wouldn't stay here again since the hotel isn't as good as the competition, it is still a great hotel for the price. Surprised this is 3 star.
This trip was great to begin with, but my hotel experience made it fantastic! Julia and Amy at the desk, Angel and Irina(sp?) In the restaurant, everyone I came in contact with both wanted to be there and were happy to assist. |I travel all over and was very pleased to have this great staff taking care of everything.
The receptionists are the best! We were able to early check in and they accommodated all our requests in the best way they can. Some parts of the hotel including the rooms are a bit dated, but overall it preserves a sense of elegance and charm. The interior/exterior design is both modern and vintage, love the elevator! Room is spacious with large desk for working. Breakfast is not free, but has a good selection of pastries made onsite and other continental items. Omelette is delicious as well as fresh made waffles that are readily available with no wait time. Overall a memorable 1-week stay!
Excellent experience at this hotel, from upscale & clean + modern hotel rooms to dining experiences and ultra-friendly staff. Giving this stay a 5-star rating. Definitely recommend ð.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay we will definitely be back! The front desk were very accommodating for our group and put us all on the same floor without us even asking;) perfect location, pet friendly, quiet neighbors. we were given complimentar
I have been in this studio for more than a year. In this past year, I not only developed the habit of exercising but also started meditating. Importantly, I turned the impossible into possible by doing headstands. The classes here are very flexible;
