Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport - Featured Reviews (2361)
The hotel is convenient to BWI. They run a shuttle to the airport every half hour. You can park your and leave it at the hotel while you're away, but the pricing is more expensive than the airport parking garages, except for the hourly garage. The hotel could probably use and update to the rooms as furniture looked pretty used, but everything else was good. The hotel bar / restaurant is good for some food and a drink as well.
I usually don't leave bad reviews unless it was really bad and sadly that was the case for this place. It was my first time at this Hilton and definitely my last. The people at the desk were not helpful in explaining anything regarding the hotel. They pointed wherever for the elevator. I had to locate it myself. There was no one by the entrance to assist us in getting our luggage. We had to do it ourselves. The woman at the desk gave me the wrong information for breakfast hours. I was told breakfast ended at 11am when it actually ended at 10am. I even showed up the following morning at 10am and requested another breakfast pass because they gave me an uneven amount for me and the person I was staying with and they still didn't tell me the breakfast hour had passed. Additionally, there was a stain on my bed sheets when I first came in, strand of hair left in the towels, and the inside of the showers were dirty. They were able to change my bed sheets, but we had to request them twice to clean the showers and they never did. I'm also convinced the vents in our room did not work well in spite of us raising the temperature, it was mostly cold or off. I definitely came back sick from staying at that place. NEVER AGAIN! There's plenty of other hotels around to stay at.
Nice clean place. Only issue is the bathrooms are dimly lit. There are 2 small lights above the sink and I have a 20/20 vision. I had to use my cell phone to bright the room enough to make sure I didn’t hit my toes on the corners. That’s not a huge thing to some but STUB YOUR TOE AND YOU’LL UNDERSTAND.
My room was clean, spacious, and-being on the top floor-had a nice view of the city and airport. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The complimentary shuttle was a luxury, and my driver (I wish I had caught his name) was a delight to speak with. His knowledge of Baltimore made me want to come back to try out his recommendations. Staying at the Hilton BWI was a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay again, as well as recommending it to others.
This is a great hotel. The atmosphere feels safe. The continental breakfast is wonderful. The shuttle service is incredible, And the employees are nice and polite. Especially Kwan. I found her to be exceptionally helpful and tremendously knowledgeable… this a great place to lay your head at night. Trust me!
I wish to take this opportunity to thank 3 to 11 Supervisor Mr.Greg for his professionalism and quick action in making certain my stay was comfortable. There was no heat in room 332 on one of the coldest nights of the winter season in Maryland I informed Mr.Greg of the situation and he immediately had engineering report to my room within 15 minutes of my making him aware and the thermostat was repaired in just a few minutes by engineering! Thank you so much Mr.Greg for your immediate response, care and professionalism, your an asset to the Hilton Brand and rest assure it is because of your customer service that I will be returning to the Hilton BWI location!
Great people! Kawan at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast were exceptional as well. The breakfast was really good and better than I expected - many choices plus cooked to order eggs except the Friday morning I was there.||The only critical comment is the entrance and lobby area seem a bit sterile and uninviting. I imagine if the hotel is hosting a big function or conference it has a lot of space to set up displays but without it was a bit empty. Minor issue though!
We had a great experience with this hotel! Everything went smoothly and our shuttle driver, Melvin W. was the best! It was an extremely cold night and Melvin took care of everything so we could get into the shuttle and shut the door quickly to keep our baby warm. We are so appreciative of the extra steps he took to make sure our baby was comfortable and not waiting in the cold!

I am so grateful to the front desk staff of this hotel for taking such good care of me during my return from a deployment! I landed at BWI and called the front desk at 3am. They had a driver come pick me up from the nearest door to where I was at the
Slightly dated hotel but the location is great. Staff was busy and still super helpful and polite. Somehow they ran out of breakfast, it must have been a very full hotel all week. Not an issue for me, I used the kitchenette to reheat pizza and make
Checked out this little hole in the wall based on a friend's recommendation and I was glad I did. The samosas were light and not oily and the whole wings were moist inside as were the tandoori chicken. The goat curry and lamb rogan josh were flavorfu
I've been a customer here for over 50 years. From Chuck's to the Pharmacy. The sub shop, the Post Office, Keller's Bakery, the Food Mart. Matsu Japanese restaurant (Love their sushi) and just discovered Flowers Extraordanaire. I love this place.
I discovered this super convenient and very adequate food plaza during a recent stay in the area. This food plaza was very conveniently just located across the street from my hotel. There are many types of food that you can choose from when deciding
We went here for the first time and had a good experience! The food was very good and authentic. The complimentary chips and salsa were one of best that I've had compared to other Mexican restaurants. My husband got shrimp tacos, and they were del
Met a friend here for lunch. We were seated right away. Our server was efficient and attentive. I ordered the Calamari Italiano appetizer and the Fruit of the Sea entree. After the appetizer, that huge salad and the breadsticks (I only ate 1), I
