Hilltop Manor Bed and Breakfast - Bed & breakfast in Hot Springs - 2009 Park Ave, USA

Beautiful B&B on beautiful grounds! The Inn is just a few miles away from the downtown area, yet it was far enough away for peace and quiet. The entire atmosphere was peaceful and restful. There was plenty of room for my wife and I to find a quiet secluded spot to share a bottle of wine and conversation. Our room and the entire facility was very clean, and our bed was comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the breakfasts were really good! Very friendly staff, very peaceful stay! |Our first time in Hot Springs for the weekend but definitely not our last. |No question, we're staying at Hilltop Manor when we return!

I am just sad that I can't give them more than 5 stars. This is one of the best B&Bs that we have stayed at in a long time. We stayed in the Sycamore room which was amazing. Excellent fireplace, jacuzzi tub and room lay out. Everything showed attention to detail. They have a fridge with free beverages for guests and a few nice snacks. Breakfast was outstanding. Two courses prepared for your table which was an amazing way to start the day. I really regretted we only stayed one night!

We traveled to Hot Springs as part of our road trip to explore Arkansas. Hilltop Manor is located just a few miles north of downtown Hot Springs. The building is well maintained with nice landscaping. We had a late arrival but everything was ready for us and easy to find with the instructions provided to us. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated. The linens and beddings are super high quality. After a restful night, we woke up to the quiet and peaceful setting of the backyard facing the national forest. As we walked around the property, we met Harry and had a lovely conversation about the property and its history. Our breakfast was delicious and was made fresh by April. During our 2 night stay, we had an issue with the hot water in the shower and Harry promptly offered to move us to another room. We didn't want the hassle of moving all our things just for one night so we asked if we can use the shower in the other room and it was no problem at all. Harry and Meenu did everything they could to make sure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the property and had a relaxing time while there. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Hot Springs!

We had the most amazing experience and can not explain how wonderful Meenu was. The place is very welcoming, intimate and peaceful. My fiancé, (now husband!) and I went to the hilltop manor to get married and Meenu along with her staff went above and beyond to make this the most special experience for us. We will never forget to what extent they went to make our wedding so wonderful. Meenu married us under the moonlight and captured every moment so we will always have pictures of that very special day. We highly recommend choosing this place for your very own special occasion and will be back for anniversaries for years to come! ||The Askins

We spent 3 wonderful nights at this gorgeous bed and breakfast. |The room was so spacious, comfortable and clean. We looked forward to the 2 course breakfast each morning prepared by Chef April. She is such a friendly person. We also got to meet Harry, the owner of this fantastic B&B. He too is such a friendly person. Added touches that we greatly appreciated and enjoyed were the free available snacks of chips and chocolates plus water/tea/ coffee/hot chocolate whenever we were hungry or thirsty. Also, upon arrival there was a sachet of Bath and Body Work products in the scent of Stress Relief. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable during our stay.

NEW OWNER ALERT! Had we known that there was a change in ownership, we wouldn’t have booked. We were so very disappointed. We stayed at hilltop June 2020 (with the previous owners). We had such an amazing time we couldn’t wait to go back. From the beautiful landscaping to the five star 3 course breakfast. We booked last weekend and the prices were significantly higher than we previously paid, but we figured it was well worth it with what we experienced before. Unfortunately our experience was not great. The once beautiful landscape was gone. The air conditioning shut off our first night and didn’t turn back on till the morning. The breakfast was cold and eggs were under cooked.

One of my favorite places in Hot Springs have stayed many times over last 15 years Looks like it just switched ownership or at least management. Place still same breakfast was mediocre at best time. I am sure they will find their way and they make the transition. But when paying for upscale B and B a fried egg, piece of fried ham and toast is not what most people would expect from breakfast. One of great benefits at least for me in choosing B and B's over hotels is the usual wonderful breakfast that come as part of it all. Again I am sure they will find there way. Will be there again soon I am sure and will hope they have.

I can't recommend this place enough. It's close enough to Hot Springs to be convenient, but far enough to be serene. The building, the rooms, and the grounds are gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. I came alone, and while I can certainly see how romantic a stay would be for couples (if I was the marrying kind, a wedding here would be beautiful), I didn't feel "weird" being a single female.
