Found dirty needles in my room some.guy does from an od in the parking lot then I get stuck by a dirty needle at least the gave me a full refund

Drug infested dirty don't think sheets were clean could not sleep there .

they have fleas and used needles on the bathroom floor. when i asked for my money back they refused and kepted and I was out 75 dollars after I waited outside for over 2 ours for this room. they didn't even change the bedding. then they proceeded to call the other hotel and accuse me of stealing there cable box. haha they didn't have one in the room when i was in there. i was not in there long enough to steal a dam thing. nor would I ever...

The hilltop Inn needs to be condemned ! The place is filled with people on drugs , from viewing these reviews it shows they have bed bugs, and roaches, some addicts leave crack pipes and other drug items in the rooms! They don’t give people there money back ! VJ the owner let’s all of these things happen , he only cares about the money ! There are piles and piles of junk furniture behind the buildings ! They only pay the cleaners 5$ per room , so I can see why they are not clean! A women’s death is under investigation, and they rented the same room the next day with the blood stains still on the sheets… North Smithfield won’t do anything about it because the motel is off 146 , that keeps all the addicts always from there “town” ! please please do not stay here for your safety !

It's dirty, stinks. There's litt6 flies all around. The a/c abruptly died even though I told the front desk guy it hardly worked, I've gone to the office about 5 time . The couple who cleans barely gets anything. It absolutely blows here. It's not worth .65 cents nevermind $66 . The other one on this street stinks too..Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Yuck!!! Id rather sleep in my car.

I been here 3 months. Not great but is clean. No bugs here. Housekeeper is hard worker. Owner is kind to us. Never have problem with police. They do their job. If you not doing nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry bout. Safe to sleep

This was the worst stay I have ever had. I stay here once a week and it's usually great. I got a room last night 8-5-19. I paid $55 for my room and when my BF and I got in the room there were crack pipes, pieces of needles and about 20 empty baggies. In the bathroom there were 2 pairs of dirty men's underwear. I went to the office to change rooms and was told that there were no o more availa let expect for the $65 room. So I had to pay extra $10 to switch rooms. When I got into the second room the fridge was disgusting, there were broken pieces of crack pipes. The bathroom floor and bedroom floor were nasty. There were no trash bags in trash cans and no toliet paper. I went to office to no complain and they wouldn't do anything to make my stay better. I took pictures and went to office to ask for a discount for my stay or money back and I was told I had to pay full price and wasn't getting anything back.. the health department and police need to shut this place down. It was awful!!!¡!

I'd like to tell you that this place is terrible, because I go there every other Saturday and want to make sure there's always a room available for me. But that would be dishonest and dickish. The truth is it's very fairly priced in relatively clean and comfy when compared to other hotels in the region at that price. The only problem is that there's a lot of Riff Raff around there. But I think that's unavoidable when staying at Budget Motels
