This hotel while located at the beach was in very poor condition. The room was very small for a King room. It overlooked the service area of the hotel next door. so basically my view was of used linens and trash. The cost was way too much. 245.00 p night for a room that wasn't even worth 100.00. It had mold in the shower. You could not sit on the toiled the proper way because the door would hit your legs when closed. So, you had to sit on it sideways. The extra lock in our room was broken, so there was no piece of mind that our belongings were safe. I do not recommend this hotel.

Right across from the beach and in the thick of things (aka loud). The person at the desk was really nice. But that’s about all I can say. The entire place is run down and old. The room was tiny and dirty. The pool was super dirty and surrounded by barbed wire. Not exactly relaxing. Crumbs of food on the tables, dirty shower, and just generally icky and sticky. I was frankly uncomfortable and glad we were only there one night.

We were on the third floor and we walked by the same dirty towels outside of someone’s room for 2 days. Our room was absolutely disgusting! The sheets were dirty, they had someone’s hair and sand in them. The screen in the window had a huge tear so we had to keep the window shut. The bathroom smelled like urine and was covered in mold. The shower curtain rod was all rusty. There was not even coffee available. To top it off the pool which is supposed to be heated wasn’t. They don’t care about anything but your money. Don’t stay there, it’s disgusting!!!!

I've noticed that with really prime coastal locations (especially beachfront locations), the attitude is that the "digs" don't matter. You're here to enjoy the beach. As long as bugs aren't biting you at night and bandits are coming into your room, don't be a complainy-pants. But phew. This place looks like it was abandoned for 30 years, then someone opened the doors yesterday and didn't do a bit of cleaning. Dirty dirty dirty. ||||Rooms look like Elwood's YMCA room on the Blue's brother's movie. Entire place has what looks like the original commercial carpet from the 60's. Replete with stains. ||||Because of a recent COVID uptick, they're not doing room service while people are in the rooms, but it looks like that means BETWEEN guests as well. We found a pound of fudge in our refrigerator, a charging cord, a sock, polaroid photo of previous guests next to the Gideon bible in the night stand drawer, and a couple of other things. ||||Two bright notes: There was ALWAYS plenty of hot water, and honestly the people who run the place are super nice. I didn't get a chance to have a conversation but I'm guessing they're first generation immigrants from middle east. Really hardworking, salt of the earth types. ||||I think this is what you find though, in terms of quality, when you stay right there at the busiest part of the beach. If you can handle a 5 minute walk, consider something further down. There's a sweet spot where there's less craziness but still public bathhouses. We will most likely try Ashworth by the Sea next time.

Stayed here in late July with my husband and best friend and we loved it. Excellent beach view, patio area, balcony and location. Staff was nice as well and check in check out was easy. My only disappointment is we asked them if we could stay another night and unfortunately they were all booked up. Didn't get a chance to try the pool, unfortunately but everything else was great. We're already planning on coming back next year. Don't expect a bougie experience but for an affordable beach front hotel, it was absolutely worth the money. Kinda bad parking though.

I booked a room for 3 nights well in advance. It was March 2024 for a vacay in June 2024. I called and specifically asked for lobby floor I also emailed. I received an email conformation that I was on the lobby floor. We got there and the manager gave my lobby floor room to someone else and the first night I had to climb 4 flights of stairs to the third floor! I had recently broken my hip and was specific about my stay. The manager didnt care, didnt offer a discount or a free night. Nothing. just said we would be moved to the lobby floor the next day. "Nothing he could do" They had been asked for the lobby floor room 4 months in advance. The third floor room was dated, dingy and filthy. Do not stay here. They are not accommodating. Not even a discount and certainly NO compassion for the fact that I am handicapped. Never again will we stay here. There are plenty of other cleaner and more accommodating managers in Hampton. I made the huge mistake of giving this place a try. I cried the whole first night not what I call a fun vacay.

Bait &Switch. The website shows very nice rooms. We had the single queen ocean side view. The room was 8' x 13' with a 3' wide passage past the tiny bathroom to the hollow door. The only furniture in the room was a queen sized bed that was pushed into a corner and an ancient, with dresser that has a hole cut into it to allow a non existent pipe to pass through it. There was 1 power outlet...3 if you unplugged the TV. The balcony has a plastic table and 3 plastic chairs. The refrigerator was flush with the outer wall because they had cut a hole in the wall to allow it to extend onto the deck. The walls were pockmarked with mail holes and are in bad need of paint. The rules on the drop ceiling were chipped, stained, and mis-matched. The headboard had someone's initials carved into it. The carpet is ancient and cries out to be shampooed. They never came to clean the room. The toiletries were horrible. There is a sign over a blue bin on the second floor landing that says "RECLE".

Our room wasn't cleaned well before we git there. Crumbs from food on the nightstand and a used tissue in the gap between the mattress and headboard. Obviously the location is great if you want to go to the beach, but it was so dirty and run down that it wasn't worth it

This place is adorable! We really loved our stay here. We only stayed one night on our way up to Maine but I really wish we would have been able to spend a little bit more time in the area. All of the staff were very nice and courteous. Lots of histo

This was the best thing we did on vacation this summer. We went in early September and had a one on one with Ellen. She was fabulous and so so so knowledgeable. My partner and I were so incredibly impressed with all the up close animal interactions,
