My experience was great with check-in and the procedure that I had performed. The Technician, Sherrie, was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The only issue that I would want to report is all the trash outside the hospital, in the parking lot and the grass, which looked as it had not been maintained in a long time. Although, the inside of the hospital was clean (a little outdated), but well maintained.

My first scheduled surgery had to be rescheduled do to someone telling me to be there at the wrong time so I had to wait another month to get it. But I will say that when I did have my surgery the staff were very kind and made me feel comfortable. Some were even goofy and I loved that.

I use my VA Community Care to get imaging done here. I recently got 2 MRIs done and they were very nice. They have a locker that you can put all your belongings in that the tech will keep to key to so you don’t have to worry about your items while you’re receiving care. The tech also checked in frequently during the scans to make sure I was okay and comfortable.

I had a CT screening for lung problems at Hillcrest Claremore and was in and out in less than an hour. The facility is very nice, the staff as courteous and in my case, the scheduling was excellent. It was a nice surprise not to have to wait for 30 minutes or more as always seems to be the case with most medical institutions. This was my 1st time at Hillcrest and I was very happy with everything. Chet D.

The ease of getting an appointment was great, did not have to wait long to see the provider, the provider did a hands on assessment after the history was taken and ordered labs. I believe lab results should have been provided that day (basic labs are available same day), and a follow up call in the morning before everyone got busy with the next days schedule instead of waiting would have been nice. Not having that information led us to have a repeat visit to a higher level of care.

Every time I have gone for tests it is always a positive experience, the people there are extremely pleasant and attentive. Sometimes I have a longer wait than anticipated, but it's extremely rare. I'm usually in and out really fast. Sometimes the results are up on mychart before I even get home.

I was recently treated at Hillcrest Hospital-Claremore and I could not have been more pleased with the care I received. Dr. Gray, the ER Doctor was kind and very good. The Hospitalist Doctor was so helpful and informative...gave me great ideas for after care.The Staff were all professional but yet personal in caring for me. I believe Hillcrest hospital genuinely care about their patients. Thank you Hillcrest!

So many people complain about hospital care. From tests to having to stay, I've had very good care, been treated respectfully, tests have been in, out, and easy. The food is good. The drs, nurses and staff were great. I have no complaints.
