Living in this apartment complex has been a fantastic experience. It's not only affordable but also conveniently located near campus, Walmart, Dickson Street, town square/public library, and the Greenway. The two pools, hot tub, gym, bus route, covered parking, and trash valet are also great perks to living here! Maintenance and management are also very responsive and supportive, too!

This is a great place to live if you’re a student looking for housing. I’m especially impressed with maintenance and how quick they resolve issues. Zach at the front desk is awesome when it comes to providing information about my amenities and handling packages I’ve ordered!

Amazing apartment complex! I feel safe here and the location is fabulous. I love the amenities (2 pools, multiple lounges, club house, study rooms, grills and more.) The apartments are fully furnished and it is a dog friendly apartment complex. Plus, they host fun events all year long! The staff is super friendly and helpful. :)

Hill place is an amazing place to live! Ive had the pleasure of living in building 1026 (very back building) yet everything is still very accessible and is an easy walk! The staff are very friendly, especially Adam and Graham. If you are looking for an amazing place for a fair price, hill place is where its at!

I love living at hill place, it’s close enough to campus to where you can walk! There are a lot of amazing amenities such as 2 pools, a gym, tanning beds, study rooms, and so much more! The apartment is fully furnished which is nice as a college student who lives far away. The front office workers are always so friendly and helpful when you come in no matter the circumstances! Big shoutout to Makenna who’s also so kind and helpful anytime I come in to get a package or parking pass, I love talking with her because she’s always there with listening ears!! Overall such a great place to live and I highly recommend!!!!

I don't live in these apartments but I am a mom with three daughters in college apartments so I have an opinion on apartments. These people at Hill Place are AMAZING. Christina, the property manager and Chuck, the maintenance manager are so great. I was helping my friend get her daughter's apartment ready at Hill Place and she accidentally drilled a hole through a hot water pipe. It was a huge mess, water was everywhere. Christina and her helper came very fast. They were kind and fast to get squeegees and help get the water out. The maintenance manager was out fishing and cut his trip short to come help. They had a plumber out without a very short time to fix the pipe and get the water back on. They sent a water restoration company within a couple of hours. I am very impressed with the speed of their response on a Saturday morning and also how professional and kind they were. I highly recommend these apartments based on the response I saw.

I love the hill place community! It is very caring and welcoming. If you have any questions or want a tour ask Adam Coker for it, he is amazing answering all the questions you have and giving you a tour of the place. So excited to live here next year!
