My friend and I gave this restaurant a try tonight and it did not disappoint.
It's a very clean establishment. Friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. Go ahead and see for yourself.

I seldomly post reviews, however, I’m compelled to share my consistently great experiences at Hill Monkeys Thai Cuisine (Crestview, FL).
Fantastic, authentic Thai, now with a second floor bar. All the food I’ve had is great.
Warm, EXCELLENT service.
Family-run local business. I feel among family when I’m here. While writing this - I can hear a little girl (owning-family’s daughter) sing karaoke (she’s good).
Take-out can be made online, over phone, in person, very fast service. I think the restaurant partners with DoorDash.
Google hours are incorrect. Current hours: Monday-Thursday 11AM-8PM, Friday 11AM-9PM, Saturday 3PM-9PM.

Absolutely amazing place to go eat! The atmosphere was very welcoming, the food had so much flavor and the spice level was perfect! I’ll be recommending this place and definitely coming back!
Unreal! I mean, we did try the other Thai place a few days ago and it was a miserable failure…but this place was unfathomably satisfying! I wish I was smart enough to take more pictures! This is the Pad Thai with chicken, but we also had the sampler and it was excellent. We asked our server what we need to have here because we can’t get it anywhere else, she said the Kao Soy with chicken. It was almost like a ramen with thick noodles. You can add spice with 4 different options. The peanut sauce for the salad and spring roll and satay was thick and creamy and oh so good! Absolutely would recommend!
My wife and I just had the best lunch here at Hill Monkeys Thai Cuisine in Crestview. The food was fantastic tasting. And their service was spot on. They servers were so polite and respectful. We will be making this a regular stop for our Thai fix.
So good! We had the Shrimp Fresh Rolls appetizer, I had the Chicken & Shrimp Glass Noodle Salad - not your "traditional" salad here, very yummy - great flavor! Hubby had the Crispy Thai Basil, didn't get a pic. All, very good!!
I came in for the first time after my usual spot was closed today. I ordered a Pad Thai, Panang Curry and Drunken Noodle. Unfortunately I was not that impressed. It was good however the pork was extremely dry in the panang and was somewhat watery. I did really like the Pad Thai because it was a perfect cook and you can tell there was a flavor that I don’t find in any other recipe. The drunken noodle was alright. Not a Thai expert at all but I do know I frequent my other location at least twice a month, this spot unfortunately wont make my back up location.
This was a fantastic experience all around. The service is top notch, the server was not scared to explain anything and everything Thai to you if necessary. I had several questions and she answered them with an exquisite attitude and with super positive vibes! The salad was a great addotion to my crispy thai basil meal, it was served on a cold plate and with a wonderful ginger sesame dressing. I got medium spice bc spicy is typically a bit of the wrong kind of too spicy for me. When we spoke about our meals to the waitress, she insisted I try thai spice which she brought out and scooped two tiny apoonfuls onto my meal... wow, just wow, the flavor and spice change up was exactly what i was looking for. I can't wait to back and try the curry as well as a few other recommended items on the menu. The 3/5 instead of 5/5 stars given toward atmosphere is directly related to the odd building smell... oil diffusers would go a long way here... but it won't stop me from returning.
