Been here a few times now. The service has always been great, atmosphere and food, not so much. Ordered a simple breakfast this morning, French Toast and bacon. Bacon was good put the french toast was still raw. If you can't get the basics right.... The atmosphere is brought down by the size. It's a small place. Get a couple of noisy people in there (which there was), and you won't even be able to have a conversation.
The food is good, but nobody should be waiting 45-60 min for a 2 plate order in a 15 table diner on a Sunday. 15 tables! Hire another cook or 2 and you get people in and out faster on your busy days. Which makes everyone happier and makes the owner more money. I just dont understand. Such limited seating and no motivation to push out orders.
Food was very flavorful and great portions. We ordered the pile up, eggs Benedict, chicken fried steak, gyro hash and pancakes. Hash was a little cold but tasted great. Pancakes were cooked perfectly.
The ham with the Benedict was a little off tasting but otherwise great.
Pile up tasted fresh and flavorful.
The chicken friend steak was a favorite for all at the table.

My sister, mother, and I visited this newer restaurant last Saturday afternoon for the first time. The place is small but cute, lots of road signs and that sort of decor. Definitely had the small diner feel. Restrooms and restaurant were both clean. Almost all tables were full the entire time we were there. Decent sized menu featuring breakfast and lunch items. Their shipwreck sounded delicious but we opted for lunch. My sister and I got the chicken salad sandwich with fries and my mom got the gyro. Service was quick and friendly, the food came out in good time despite a full house. Our sandwiches were tasty, mom also liked her gyro. The standout though were the fries.... So yummy! The only "negative" thing I would mention is that our tomatoes on our sandwiches still had a sticker on them. My sister and I didn't mind though and chuckled at the freshness. We plan to come back to try the breakfast!
First time visiting Highway 30 Diner. The brisket quesadilla was delicious!
I had the chicken and waffles. Moist delicious, homemade fried chicken breast. Best out there. My partner usually gets gyro hash. Always exceptional service. Only wish open after 2or3pm.
Amazing food!! Best place especially for breakfast. Great customer service everytime. The omelette was packed full of ingredients & the size of the plate. My husband has the breakfast burrito & said it was the best he ever had! You won't be disappointed.
The food was reasonably priced and very good! It was a very nice day and they kept the door open which was very appreciated and refreshing. The food came pretty quickly and was nice and hot. The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was very kind. We definitely will be going back and trying more.

My favorite healthy place to eat in Cedar Rapids - you canât go wrong with the no coast bowl or the chana masala. Tried the spring rolls for the first time this visit (sweet potato, red cabbage and micro greens) and recommend. High quality ingredi
I absolutely love this place! Every time I go to Des Moines, I stop to get an açaà bowl. So excited to have this gem close to home. The first time I went (sunshine I believe was her name) was so helpful and sweet. Itâs made right in front of you

The food was delicious! The cheese was mainly mozzarella- but the flavors were very San Antonio to me. My daughterâs burrito was HUGE! The guac was tangy and fresh. I canât wait to visit again! E dined in- a quick stop between shopping stops.
Made a reservation for 6 of varying ages for laser tag to celebrate my sons bday. We had the best time, all of us, kids ages ranging from 6-14. The amount of time and effort they put into the experience is impressive. We will be returning and spreadi
It was an awsome place to stay with great people working there. They were nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. It was very secure place as well. This hotel is definitely worth the stay!
Had Lefty recommended to me by a friend for my 1st tattoo. Made appointment and sent pics of what I wanted, he designed a custom design based on my input. The process itself was easy, felt safe and professional the entire time. The final result far e
This is the neighborhood where my wife grew up, so Iâm very glad to visit and find a nice place to sip a coffee and eat some food with the family. The staff was very nice and everything came out quickly even though they were fully seated. The flav
Rented the pavilion for my granddaughters Birthday Party and invited her class. It was super nice and breezy. The kids played at the playground while the adults cooked up the hotdogs! Add chips cupcakes a pinata and you got a party!
Went on a 1st date here last Sunday. Neither of us have thrown axes before and it was a great experience. We both had fun and made for a great time. The guy running the place was very friendly. They have plenty of lanes and plenty of different i
