Very satisfied. My low beans were not working. I was frightened because I had the State inspection in few days and the previous electrical jobs on my car were very expensive. I google car electrician near me and this shop came up with what I always look for: quality and price! I tried and it was so for myself. And not only that, but they were fast! Mr. Chavez and his crew of mechanics are honest hard working people, my first time coming to this shop and right away they took care of me. Once I received the computerized diagnostics we agreed on a very moderate price for the repair and within the hour I was on my way. For sure I'm returning for further electrical work that was recommended due to the age of my vehicle.

This unassuming Auto Repair group has some of the most knowledgeable and efficient mechanics I have ever come across. I took my Town & Country in Westchester County dealership on Central Avenue with a great reputation. After $1,000 to replace a passenger side chair harness and three weeks of wait time, wasted, I was then told it would cost an additional $3,500 possibly for them to rectify my vehicles electrical problem. The vehicle has a data bus that can be affected by any components or wiring connected via harnesses anywhere in the vehicle which makes it extremely difficult to locate. In a last-ditch effort I left my vehicle with High Tech Electric and within a few days they discovered the problem and vehicle is functioning perfectly. Their effort cost me only $200 and after dealing with the dealership, working with engineering and Chrysler, I will never go back to a dealership ever. Hi-Tech Electric really knows their stuff and are so reasonably priced I'm surprised they are not subcontracted by dealerships to resolve unresolvable problems. Prior to this problem with my time country I had my Ford Sport Trac blow a spark plug. The dealership in Orange County wanted to charge $3,500 to rebuild the upper end of my engine ($3,500 seems to be the going rate Ford dealership rip-offs of clients). I respectfully decline hey there $200 diagnostic fee, and had my vehicle towed for $400 to Hi-Tech Electric. The cost for the repair buy Chavez (owner) of Hi-Tech Electric what's $60 to install a bushing and replace the spark plug. I will take all of my vehicles to him for any reason first. As honesty and integrity reside in his shop.
