Highline Vail, Thanks for the hospitality! Great location, there's a shopping center right next door, and they offer a free shuttle to the village. Rooms were clean, lobby was very inviting. Don't forget to pass by the bar and enjoy a beautifully crafted cocktail. The bartenders Javier and Sergio were very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks so much for helping us feel welcome to Colorado, will definitely be staying here again.
This was a nice hotel, but PLEASE tell the housekeepers to clean the tile floors better. When we checked in there were stains on the tile that looked like coffee spilled in the entryway and some kind of foil wrapper under the edge of the vanity. The desk clerks were fabulous, though, and really helpful. Food items in Pantry very pricey, but breakfast burritos were very good! We'd stay here again
We stayed for only one night before we went camping. The hotel was clean (although the room kind of had a funky smell) and the pool/hot tub setup was great. However, my biggest complaint is that the service was subpar as the people at the front desk were unhelpful, unfriendly, and dismissive. First, at checkin they were unhelpful and did not provide all the necessary information to find my room and looked annoyed when I asked. Second, I asked the front desk if the restaurant attached to the hotel was open for dinner and they just said “the restaurant is unaffiliated with the hotel” so I had to go to the restaurant and ask. The front desk knew the answer, they were just being rude. Finally, I had a drink at the bar and was charged double as it showed up on my hotel invoice and charged on my card. I called the hotel to inform them and they said “I have a crowd full of people in front of me so this isn’t a good time” and then he gave me an email to send a complaint to. He also said “if you think you were charged twice…” essentially calling me a liar even though I had proof from the invoice and on my credit card statement. We had a nice stay overall and the fact that they had a shuttle to take you into town was a nice bonus, but the customer service really left a sour taste in our mouth and would cause me to second guess staying there again.
The rooms could use some updates and show their wear, but the views, main lobby and bar, and the balconies are great! We got a corner unit so the patio wrapped around the side and wasn’t just the area outside the sliding doors:) Noise Carrie’s a lot in the building so thankfully we had quiet neighbors. The bar is pricey ($17 Old Fashioneds) but they are good. Free parking at the hotel at least in the summer.
Great service& prices! Nice room with a view on mountains. Housekeeping did a great job with cleaning while we stayed. Nice location. Great that they have a shuttle every 15/20 minutes, so you basically do not need to drive! We’ve stayed in this hotel 4th year and love it! Every time like a first time! They never disappoint!!!
This hotel should be ranked a 10. We had an exception experience. Great location, room, service. Professional staff, free shuttle and a terrific restaurant. Room rates were very reasonable too. I always suggest reading the reviews so that you can maximize your positive experience. Cedric and Luci.
We booked this place through a third party site since we were just looking for an inexpensive place to spend 12 hours. The price was $125, after taxes and their “resort fee” our bill was $250! After looking at the website I booked it through I found in very small print the almost $50 resort fee. I have been to plenty of hotels that truly are a resort, and don’t mind paying a fee. Usually the resort has a lot to offer for their fee. The only things that even slightly resemble a resort here is the pool (we didn’t use), “free parking” (resort fee), and a “free” shuttle, after tip it wasn’t free. The onsite restaurant and bar were closed so we had to use the shuttle to go to the village for dinner. At best they should waive the resort fee and charge $10 for parking. This place was a joke.
We had exceptional service during our last trip. The hotel itself is modern and accommodating. We enjoyed our time so much. The pool was great, and the restaurant onsite was delicious and Sophie was very helpful. We are especially thankful to the amazing Nicholas and the wonderful Sergio, who went absolutely above and beyond for us. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a townhouse. It was perfect. Small kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and comfy beds. It was less than 10 mins from the village/lift. It was very relaxing. We even called the front desk for a couple things and they were super quick to respond.
Beautiful dog park. I stopped on my travels from the West Coast to the Midwest. Not far off the freeway and very friendly locals. Beautiful spot in the valley.
I was in Vail for a work trip with several colleagues and on a day when a few of us went skiing, we all decided to meet here for lunch during the day. The location and atmosphere is amazing, with great views of the mountains. The food was really good
Vail is huge, has awesome slopes, and stunning scenery. Coming from the east coast, it was absolutely jaw dropping when we first made it to the top. Definitely agree with everyone else that it's one of the most scenic resorts in Colorado.
Decided to try something simple and delicious, Blü Cow was just the right place. Their Swiss hot dogs are yummy, along with rejuvenating Uber Soup. Friendly service.
Great Italian restaurant in Vail. Highly recommend reservations, although one can arrive early and get to snag a seat at the bar (which often has people eating there). They have a nice wine selection, which because itâs Colorado, you can take your
