Every since me and my family moved to Highlands Viera we have felt like we are in paradise. It feels like we live on a resort everyday. My overall opinion is I love living here!!!

Courtney is superb and goes beyond the call of duty to help residents. She is always helping anyone out and you always see her out on property assisting anyone. She always helps with a smile and surely shows her worth to this company and residents. This place wouldn't be what it is without Courtney being here. She always is Service orientated towards the residence Who live here at highland viera we would be lost without her.

Living here for a few weeks now and absolutely loving it. I highly recommend this place it’s quiet and peaceful. The staff are extremely nice and welcoming. If your moving to viera west check this place out.

I would like to comment on your employee Courtney. She has helped me in every problem I have ever had. Courtney is very knowledgeable about the bill and maintenance of the highlands. Courtney is always courteous and friendly whatever the problem. We are grateful for everything she does for us!

Courtney Miller has excellent customer service skills. She’s very knowledgeable about the property and very helpful in explaining all the benefits of becoming a tenant of the property. I highly recommend her to my friends looking for housing.

Stopped by the office to take a tour and had the pleasure of working with Anthony. He was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. It was also really nice to meet the property manager Aaron. Great vibes all around, excited to continue the application process!

My husband and I are so thankful to have found Highlands Viera West. We love our apartment and have found the Management and Maintenance staff to be helpful and responsive, which seems to be more and more rare these days. Great community, everyone is friendly. It's very secure and viera regional park soccer fields are next to apartment. Staff is helpful and special thanks to Erick who go beyond his duty to ensure that my vent cleaning is done properly as my daughter was getting allergies. He called multiple time to ensure that everything is done in timely fashion. Thanks Erick.
