Highland Manor Motel - Motel in Lombard - 19W545 Roosevelt Rd, USA

I stayed here in HIGH SCHOOL, and 50yrs later, its still the same! I See they've gone to Flat screen TVs, Great! It's comfortable.

This is an older motel but well maintained and clean. If a guest has a problem or complaint, it is fixed or dealt with as soon as possible Our Guests are important to us and we treat them with respect, professionalism and friendliness.

It's inexpensive and clean. Basic, quiet place to stay. They screen people before they give weeklies. Stay for a couple of nights and if you're quiet and respectable you'll get a weekly rate.

Honestly, I have sensitive skin and my skin instantly broke out. I quickly discovered a large green spot in room 44 , I research on it and it was green mold , aka very toxic . The bathroom reeked of more mold and yep black mold. Different fungi existed in my room. The had no other rooms , but allowed me to pay daily for this room but didn't allowed weekly 😅 no cap , lady said it is inhabiting. Why the heck am I in here. Just two days , I have hard time breathing (with healthy lungs), my eyes sting (green mold does that), yes it's cheap but it should be free. Because this building needs OSHA and Health Code to save these poor people trying to save money from falling ill or possibly dying. I wish I could write more on my two day experience but my eyes hurt now.

Best reasonable affordable stay when life slapped one in its face jettisoned one back into abilities overcame against odds.

Like the other original poster they play games about not giving you a weekly to the juice money out of you and I have videotaped evidence of black mold on the ceilings and green mold growing out of my carpet

Rooms were nice and clean no bugs lots of space but the room temperature was unbearable there was no ac there was not a fan in any of the rooms wifi doesn't work at all and the workers acted unprofessionally towards my kids they totally ignored my kid saying hi and when my son repeated himself they gave him a dirty look they have listings for weekly rates but when ask they told me the manager would be in the following day to answer any questions the manager never showed they tried to juice us out of as much money as they could before they told me they couldn't give me another room do to the fact I had two children with me they also told me I couldn't stay at the hotel regardless if I was alone they couldn't help me anymore when I questioned them I was told to leave the office

I have to post this to disconnect myself from residency of this motel. I've put alot of thought today into doing this or not. I am well beyond infuriated as the administration has caused 300 dollars to be lost, at the bare minimum, as I have been delayed waiting for them to do their jobs. They seem to be very ego centric traditionalists that feel they are untouchable like many businesses out there. Their facilities cannot support the amount of rooms present, and it stays that way. I could put more here, but I think that is enough. I'm very scared someone may get backlash from this, maybe even me; but you guys have heavily messed with my own and a few others livelihood, credibility and financial states today; and thats so far beyond unreasonable it is flat out insane. What you should be doing is your jobs with or without any of us on the property. please fix this before more may complain; especially since one can actually get cheaper, much more amazing facilities online through various apps and services. Thanks, but no thanks. you guys fail at being a customer centered business. FAIL.
