It's a great place for Golf and tennis, exceptionally well manicured and well-kept lots. Super nice people. A lot of social activities. Large meeting area with lots of activities. Large Pool and sauna.

They are outstanding and keep everything in and around the clubhouse top-notch.
I have lived in this active adult community of Highland Lakes for 9 years now. It is a great place to live with a lot of clubs and activities to keep you busy in addition to all the amenities like golf, swimming pools, tennis, clubhouse, lodge, bocci ball, pickle ball, etc. People are always friendly and take pride in their landscapes. It's also mostly dog friendly and very safe, restricted but not gated.
Excellent amenities, active community and conveniently located while offering residents an affordable 55+ lifestyle. Also very easy to reach and helpful to residents, R/E Agents and 3rd party partners while were assisting clients to ensure all the latest information is provided as we help buyers and sellers plan for their moves! Thankful for the awesome communication and abundance of options they offer at Highland Lakes of Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor, FL!
My husband and I moved here a year ago, I can’t begin to say how much we enjoy living here the pool,the activities, the music, food trucks, awesome!!

Visited the area looking for a suitable 55+ community. Lots of homes for sale and the club house and activities area was nice, but dated. We are looking to move after retirement and don't want to lay a lot of money out for upgrades. This area of Palm Harbor is really nice. With two schools in the area of the 55+ community it was very busy with traffic.
