Thank you for wonderful and thorough service! We woke up to our furnace not turning on and High-tech HVAC was able to come out the same day and fix the issue, which was more complex then I originally anticipated. Sammy was communicative as to when he was going to be here. He did maintenance on our air conditioner unit and found a loose wire that he repaired. Had everything running smoothly within just a few minutes. I would highly recommend him.
Our AC suddenly stopped working during a heatwave making our house unbearably hot.We called Sevak and High Tech HVAC in Tujunga, CA, and Sevak came out quickly. He was very courteous and professional immediately putting us at ease! Sevak found a leak in our AC unit and discovered it was low on Freon. He didn’t charge us for fixing the leak only for the Freon which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks to Sevak our AC is now running better than ever. His honesty, efficiency and professionalism are truly commendable... I highly recommend Sevak and High Tech HVAC for their outstanding service and fair pricing.
I recently had a frustrating experience with an HVAC company. They claimed my AC unit was dirty and tried to upsell me on a chemical clean. However, I regularly clean the grates, so I knew that wasn’t true. To get a second opinion, I contacted a commercial HVAC company, and they confirmed that my unit is in good condition and clean. It’s disappointing to encounter such dishonesty
