High Cotton Condos - Featured Reviews (1)
My son & I (E. Hunter/Montgomery, AL) stayed here for a 3 day duck hunt with some Clarksdale locals and could not have asked for better accommodations ! The 2 bedroom condo was quite spacious and quaint with a nice rustic look, but certainly had very nice amenities and furniture. The beds were fabulous with a set of high thread count sheets that were divine. Located a block from 3 blues club including Morgan Freeman's Ground Zero club, we walked the local stores and the Blues museum one afternoon. We were very pleased and will rent from them again with no reservations. I highly recommend this condo group of 1 and 2 bedroom units.
What a great new place to stay in downtown Clarksdale! This location is convenient to all downtown attractions. Easy parking, green area just outside front door, historic building looks fantastic!||Spacious floor plan with great room / kitchen combo, full size appliances, big flat screen and very comfortable entertainment area. Comfortable bedroom, full size bath shower combo and all amenities as promised! Very easy arrival and departure. Competitive pricing for downtown. I will stay again!
I couldn't have asked for better accommodations than High Cotton Condos! The condo was perfectly located - walking distance to the best venues in Clarksdale. It was extremely clean and had a cool loft feel. I'll definitely stay there again if I visit Clarksdale in the future!
This condo was such a pleasant surprise. We were in Clarksdale for the PineTop Perkins blues camp. Our whole family was able to stay in this condo comfortably. It was really big. Everything was new and clean. The towels were even new. The beds were super comfortable. And surprisingly it was fairly quite. There are a couple of other condos on the same floor but we didn't hear a sound from anyone. The fridge was stocked with coke and bottled water. There was also a coffee pot with coffee and condiments. Air conditioner was great - which is important in the middle of June in the Delta. The location was nice. It was next to some quaint shops. Felt very safe. AND it was walking distance to Ground Zero. Would totally stay here again.
never met owner but answered immediately to all texts. the apt was large clean and convenient to all there is to offer in Clarksdale. Small town on a come back i think. no surprises bed comfy and quiet place. good value too. steep stairs would be a concern for some however
A friend of mine suggested we try a High Cotton barbecue when we went to the Outer Banks. The beef brisket was the best I have ever had. I also had the roasted chicken and it was good. The staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions. Prices were affordable here. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area.
When I visit Clarksdale Mississippi my family and I stay at the Hampton Inn because of the convenience it offers to our relatives. During this particular stay, Oct 28th-Oct 29th, I got to meet the most amazing staff! The woman that checked us in, I f

Go see the new sales associate Caressa for assistance. She was absolutely amazing. She made my experience of furniture shopping a whole lot easier. She was also very polite. She helped me to pick out the best furniture. I am very grateful.
Great night listening to "Reverent" Roberts. Met Stan Street as a wonderful host, working hard, like most of Clarkesdale, to keep the sound and those vibes alive. Thanks Stan!
What a neat, cozy little place off the beaten path. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. If you are here, it's a must go, and if we get back through, we will be back.
