The food is amazing and the cocktail - Cool as a cucumber - is delicious!! thanks to Chloe, she's very nice and makes the greatest martinis. Mickey the waitress was very professional and friendly. I had a great experience and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this gorgeous restaurant/bar you won't be disappointed.

Hideout 125 is a solid choice for FTW, its not my top choice for a steak but it’s a good time either way. Luke was our server who was fantastic, honestly any person I came across during our experience was top notch. My husband has the old fashioned and he said it was his favorite by a long shot, I had the prohibition punch which was refreshing. To start we had the chicken and waffles, the chicken had the right level of spice, the slaw was super refreshing, the waffle was just a waffle. I didn’t feel like it added anything to the dish in my opinion. My husband had the chicken and I had the NY strip with crab cakes. My steak was cooked perfectly. My husband felt like his chicken was over cooked and slightly dry. We both felt like both dishes were under seasoned. The crab cake kinda just felt misplaced (and I get that you usually don’t get crab cakes w a strip but we didn’t get that as an app since my husband isn’t a fan) I wished they were plated on a smaller plate w the sauce on the side or under the cake. The dollop on top was a bit much for a small crab cake. For dessert we had their carrot cake, served w ice cream. The cake was delicious, it was topped with pecans which I felt would be great toasted or spiced as well with the cake since the cake was mildly spiced. It was a great time and service was fantastic, it’s not the best food I’ve had in FTW but it was a pleasant experience all together!

We made reservations one week in advance, and the moment we came in, we were greeted with smiles and asked if we had a reservation. We were seated immediately, and our waiter was Gavin. He’s extremely knowledgeable and genuine while speaking to you, and considering he was a cook here starting out, he reassured us that the quality is always consistent. We ordered the mule and a punch drink - OUTSTANDING! Don’t let the prices drive you away.. they are worth it! Treat yourself! We both ordered the filet medallions, and Wow! It was like slicing butter! The potato’s were perfect and loaded with smoked gouda and scallions! Nothing but a great experience here! Thank you so much Gavin!

Ellen was such a delight and very knowledgeable tonight. She helped with suggestions/recommendations. Noah visited the table as well to assure our bar service was outstanding. The restaurant is very pristine and the decor is absolutely breathtaking for the theme. Onto the food... Everything tasted exquisite. The timing of our dishes has outshined any other restaurant in my recent memory. Hideout 125 is a very unique place with outstanding drinks and staff. Absolutely will return.

We came here to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. I will say everything from our server to the food was amazing. It is easy to spend over $200 for 3 people.

The food is always great, service depends on how busy they are. If you want faster service, it's easier to sit at the bar than to get a table. The owner goes around and tales food and drinks out. Really shows he cares. My only recommendation is that the waitstaff needs to remember to say what the special is. Occasionally we'll get someone that doesn't mention any specials. And then we'll hear a waiter behind us tell the next table about the specials and I'll be disappointed I didn't order that. Drinks are always amazing. Food is great too. Steak is spicy? So if that's an issue ask that it not be made that way.

MUST TRY BRUNCH. Lobster Benedict was fantastic. Already love this place for dinner and drinks. Just got to a dangerous level. 😳
