This was one of my most relaxing and enjoyable vacations due to the experience of staying at the Hidden Valley Motel! The decor was comfy and inviting. I felt like I was at a friend's home. The host was very nice, the room was "sparkling clean" and I look forward to staying there again soon!
This place is beautiful in such an amazing location! My family and I, including 2 small children, were visiting Grandfather Mountain and needed somewhere to stay. Hidden Valley hit every mark! Affordable, clean, safe, and comfortable, while also being beautiful. The man that welcomed us in (I think his name was Jim) and gave us our key was a joy to meet. Thank you for this place!!
I was very impressed with the cleanness of the rooms. The towels were not thin, and the beds were comfortable. They did not use the paper thin toilet paper which was a plus, and even had special little touches such as scented liquid hand soap in the bathroom. It was a very pleasant stay.
Cute little gem hidden on the roadside. Family owned and operated. The grounds are gorgeous. Room 2 was perfect for 2. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept incredibly well. Fridge, microwave and Keurig type coffee maker. Coffee pods provided as were a small selection of canned sodas. The provided toiletries were better than average. Great full size shower and tub. You can’t go wrong here!
This little Mom & Pop motel is a real GEM! It is rare to find such a clean, well-managed small motel that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. If you would like to go back in time for a night or two to see what it was like before the corporate chains dominated our landscape then stay here. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed and the grounds are a labor of love for the long time owners. A real treat.
Super nice, clean, quiet, furnished, quaint and comfortable. I was told that I had one of the smallest rooms or the smallest. It was more than accommodating with a queen bed and two upholstered chairs and nicely arranged including a Keurig with plenty of coffee. I was reminded of the motor courts that I remember staying in in the early 50's on family vacations. I parked directly in front of my room. Sure beats the big box motels. I saw hints of purple in the room décor and landscaping objects. I look forward to staying there again. Jim and his daughter are great hosts.
The Hidden Valley is my favorite motel that I have ever stayed in. I travel through the area once a year and have been staying with Jim and Maxine for over 15 years now. There just isn't anything better. Always look forward to staying there and the only thing I have ever regretted is that I haven't been able to stay with them more than one night at a time.
We had a great stay at hidden valley motel. The room was large and clean. The touch pad entry worked great for our late arrival. I would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends. We were checked on to see if we needed anything but we're not pestered.
My son is 5 years old and he enjoys coming to this class a lot. The instructor not only teaches martial arts, but takes moments to teach about respect in class, how to talk to others, and essentially how to interact with others.
The Sri Sri School of Yoga offers comprehensive training programs. The one I took was the 200H SSY Yoga TTC (Teacher Training Course) and I just completed and graduated from this course. This is a complete balanced course that connected all the dots
