Hidden Serenity Bed and Breakfast - Hotel in West Bend - 1876 Shalom Dr, USA

My husband and I spent our 35th wedding anniversary at Hidden Serenity Bed & Breakfast. We had the most amazing time! Chris and Sally are wonderful and we felt welcome immediatelly! Hidden Serenity is tucked away in this beautiful forest. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable! We were able to hang out with other couples spending the weekend there around the pool table. The homemade breakfasts are delish! My husband especially liked the patio chairs! We will definately be back and I would highly recomend Hidden Serenity!

We had such a wonderful time at Hidden Serenity B&B. Sally and Chris are so wonderful to talk to and the company really enhanced our time there!|The great room was breathtaking with the high ceilings. We loved that we could play pool in that room! |Loved having the bonfires at night sitting in the glider chairs.|Finally got to try Pickleball!|The bookshelf with all the books to read! |The bikes were great (though we just rode them around the driveway I could tell they would be fun to take on a long ride)||We loved the in-room complimentary beverages, the nice gift bag, but the thing that made our stay wonderful is we could have spent all of our days on the property and not had to leave and it was EXACTLY what we needed. Rest and relaxation, a delicious breakfast with wonderful coffee, and great conversation with our hosts! Thank you so much for making our 25th anniversary special and restful! We’ll definitely be back for more visits.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hidden Serenity. The location is beautiful and magical, tucked away in the woods. Our room was fantastic (the biggest bathtub we have ever seen with a fiber optic startty sky above it), the food was great, and we had a wonderful time chatting with the hosts and our fellow guests. There were lots of amenities that we took advantage of: pickleball, bonfires, hiking, and of course, the spa. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Our anniversary weekend was perfect at Serenity Bed and Breakfast. The room was comfy and super clean. We are foodies and the breakfast was always a 10! Nothing short of a 10. We played pickle ball, rode bikes, played pool and enjoyed all there was to enjoy. ||We will absolutely be back! We would love to on our back already..

We had an amazing stay at Hidden Serenity. We live just over an hour away and were looking for a getaway that wasn't too far from home but was more than just your average bed and breakfast and this was the perfect choice. During our two-night stay, we enjoyed the hiking path, pickleball, a couples massage, the spa (all lovely but our favorite was the steam room/cold shower and we wish we had one at home!), playing pool and relaxing around the fire pit one of the nights chatting with other guests. Our room (Woodland View) was beautiful with a private deck that we used to play board games, read and enjoy the wooded view. Sally and Chris were such lovely hosts, making sure we had everything we needed while giving us plenty of space to just relax and enjoy. We really enjoyed our chats with them during breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious and their maple syrup tapped right on their property is divine. We took some home for ourselves and for gifts. We went into downtown West Bend a couple times for great meals, fun shopping (loved Jade & Ginger), a walk along the river and even made our own candle at Riverwalk Candle Co. (just keep in mind the candles need to cure for at least four hours and plan accordingly). We will absolutely be back to Hidden Serenity. It was a little piece of heaven so close to home! (But we would recommend it to anyone no matter how far the trip is for you. It's well worth it.)

Best B&B ever. Hidden Serenity perfectly describes this hidden treasure tucked away in the woods. Chris & Sally are wonderful hosts who have put enormous thought into making your stay pleasurable. Beautiful home with a complete spa on premise. Had couples massages and it was best I've ever had. The breakfast is served each morning in a cheerful cozy room filled with wonderful views of their property. I could write a whole novel on why I love this place!

Sally and Chris were fantastic hosts for this bed and breakfast; they were very welcoming and great to talk with. The room (Timber Trails) we stayed in was very nice having a comfortable king bed and large shower. The breakfasts each day were delicious and prepared with a personal touch with one day offering a customized omelette and another ending the meal with a delicate homemade cheesecake! There is an easy trail in the woods around the house to take a walk on and we were able to enjoy a cozy fire pit at night. Finally, the spa has a variety of offerings (steam room, jacuzzi, massages, etc.) and we were able to relax with a soothing couples massage that was well worth it. The location works well as it is only a short drive to downtown West Bend which offers a good selection for meals and shopping. It is also to the Shalom Wildlife Zoo which surprisingly offers a wide variety of animals to observe and take part in a large petting zoo section as well. Overall, we highly recommend Hidden Serenity and appreciate the wonderful experience that Sally and Chris put together that we were able to enjoy.

We went to Hidden Serenity for both a short couple's getaway and as a place to stay during a local weekend event and immediately fell in love with the place. There are so many ways to relax and enjoy nature here that we almost regretted having any other activities planned. And we won't forget the amazing breakfast! All-in-all, a wonderful place to stay that makes you feel at home.
