Hidden River - Apartment complex in Kirkland - 10013 NE 130th Ln, USA

I moved in beginning of the new year 2023 and I love it here. It is quiet, the staff are great, the neighbors are nice, and the area is wonderful. I can't think of one bad thing to say about this place. So I am coming up on my 1 year mark and I still can't think of anything bad to say. My kids and I came from a bad area to where we lived in fear of going outside. My son was having bad anxiety and panic attacks. Since we have been here he has had none and we aren't living in fear here. Thank you for making us feel at ease here.

Maria was amazing in helping me with the application and the approval andovinh process was pretty quick. I love my new townhome and the community so far seems nice and quiet. I can't wait for my kids to grow up here (:

Living at Hidden river has been very nice the staff is very nice & understanding they always go above and beyond to accommodate any needs . Maintenance is wonderful they always get stuff fixed right away . Hidden river is very well maintained for being an older community from I believe the 80s they’ve done a wonderful job with the upkeep remodeling and just overall keeping it up to date .. the pool area is very nice in the summer because it’s never over crowded also love the electric grill at the pool area during the summer. Bella & Kyle have been the ones here during my time living at hidden River, they are both amazing people. I absolutely love this small community for my children.. overall it’s been very safe and quite here , I’ve enjoyed living at hidden river so much that I’ve referred other family members and friends to live here in this community as well.. I would highly recommend Hidden River to anyone I’ve had no negative experiences at all within the two years I’ve lived at Hidden River .

This complex does not evict squatters; even with multiple lease violations, one including smoking in the home and starting a fire when no smoking is allowed on the property. Warning to current residents.. this is an active matter.

We moved from California and my anxious self gave my husband full control of picking a place from a list I complied. He found hidden river and did our walkthroughs with Tasia who was AMAZING, she answered all of my questions from afar and went above and beyond to help our move be on that was comfortable. However, about a month before it was time for us to officially move unfortunately Tasia was no longer with the property. I became nervous, because we had such a wonderful relationship with her and understandably my calls and emails were not being returned as they try to figure out staffing. On our move-in day, we met the new leasing agent,, Jay, and instantly felt comfortable! It’s been a month and Jay has been amazing, she answers every question promptly, takes the time to listen and build a relationship and is professional. Since moving here I’ve struggled greatly with the “Seattle Freeze” and Jay marking the time to take care of the community, be friendly all while maintaining the community has been a welcome relief!

I lived at Hidden River for two years and throughout the whole time, Kyle was an amazing property manager. The community and the Thrive company is so lucky to have him. He’s irreplaceable.

Ernesto is wonderful!!! He fixed my closet doors and shelving in under and hour. He is so efficient, a great troubleshooter and swift to take action. Great work!!
