I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! As for the lactation, it’s very close to the refineries and that was a selling point for us. Now for the actual stay. The cabin never cooled off under 85 degrees, was very very hot. We bought fans, that didn’t help. Was still extremely hot even at 10pm in the night so We and our 4 kids slept in the car because it was still way to hot. Spoke to the front office and the maintenance man, who actually confirmed that it was blazing in our cabin and actually said that the units would not cool that big of a cabin enough to occupy. We were told by the front desk quote “well you were the ones that wanted to rent the cabin” BUT we thought of course it would cool off by that night but never did. We found a different place to stay and asked to just pay for the night and to please get a refund for the remaining amount. All to find out that we actually spent $791.20 on this said cabin instead of $600!!!!! So that’s an $100 deposit plus an extra $91 added. And that a email had to sent out before we could receive a refund and it would take days if we ever even got the money back!!!! Are you kidding me????? Not to even mention that there were multiple rotten spots in the floors and something wrong with the shower water. We work hard for our money and are honest people this is highway robbery and insanity. Now we out that money plus extra for the new rental we had to find to be able to stay for work.

I’ll be honest 2 ladies in front are ok, place is quiet mostly refinery workers as I. Problems they don’t give a f about cutting the grass and getting your brand new car 2024 all dirty and dings on it. Not one F given. When you bring it up to them they just blow you off and it’s so simple when you cut the grass have it blow opposite cars I truthfully think they do it on purpose just to get you upset the WiFi is mediocre can’t really watch HD, I stayed there from Jan threw Aug I left because eventually I would of had more than words with the Matenance people because they intentionally thrashed my car daily.

1st assigned spot was short for my camper. Also surge protector showed that not all electric lines were working. Moved to another site as per instructions given by office.

Checked in last Monday 8/7/23 .. Seems like a pretty quiet place. But full of working men. Sure it has its moments lol.. Two decent sized ponds that definitely look like there could be a fish or 2. Right now they're just green... Wifi works all over the park. Laundry on site.. $2 ea. reg wash and dry/ $3ea. Lg wash and dry. 2 bathhouses, although one down. But still a convenient addition . Convenience store right at the front of park that cooks. But you might rather go a mile and a half down the road to another store. The one in front has a horrible smell.. Oh there are gators in the ponds large enough to take a preteen or large dog.. So keep both away from waters edge.

I give it 2 stars most of the time it is quite which is a good thing, but I feel they are overpriced. The laundry mat they have is not 100% operational. Some work and some don’t certainly not the dryers. One time I spent $9 on them and my clothes were still wet. Now I go to laundry mat which is a lot cheaper and only 1 mile away. Don’t even get me started on the internet. From what I can see on the lawn care it is very poor. Apparently the only cut one strip at a time and you have to take of the grass around your own trailer if here for a long time.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I highly recommend NOT to stay here the photos used are NOT how it appears in person. Poorly maintenance dirty, lots are small and tight, extremely close to your neighbor. The area isn’t safe the location is on the main road. DONT STAY HERE! THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY not worth 250 a week, much less $650-850 a month they are just money hungry!!! 👎👎👎 Update: I visited both sites and they both appear to be extremely close to your neighbor and dirty, and BOTH are off the main road. This place is a rip off! I moved to a different site that offers more and the price is the same. Overall, I’ll NEVER stay at Hidden ponds nor will I recommend this place!

CUSTOME TOUCH VILLAGE/ NOW APART OF HIDDEN PONDS, was the worst experience of my life. They were the most rude people and they gave us such a hard time after paying almost $500 a week for 2 long, miserable months, we couldn't wait to get out of there. THEY had the nerve to take my 7 year old daughter's, 2 absolute favorite pets (her Beta Fish and her Albion Leapord Gecko-Mr.Handsome) and did lord knows what with them, as she called them,"disgusting creatures, that she had to get rid of" we had all of our belongings outside as we were leaving that place, and while we were grabbing our laundry from the laundry room on the other side of the park, they took our pets.....they had no remorse and said,"well we said no pets allowed" 🤬😡😠 my poor daughter.... she has been through a lot.... including her dad leaving us, and she was very very affected by that, it was also the last thing he got for her....it was devistating to say the least. I will never understand how people could be so cruel.

Showed up to the spot that I had been put in and they had a 30amp breaker wired to a 50amp plug. After trying for 45min I finally got ahold of someone and was put in another spot. Another guy that works with me showed up and the site he was put in the electrical box had burned wires. A week later the site I was moved to the 50amp breaker burned up. The same day the site my cousin was in on the other side of the park the box shorted burning up the breaker there as well and melted the prongs on his cord. The maintenance man said that the electric boxes had been flooded during the last big hurricane and they were just fixing stuff as it goes out. The laundry facility is way over priced 3.00 for a wash and 3.00 for a dry the ladies at the front desk use this as a selling point for them to make money with there wash and fold. The hole facility needs a lot of upkeep. Free WiFi is advertised but does not let you connect. I would rate this place a negative 6 if possible.

Good seasoning and plenty of big ones. Great customer service. Messaged them before we went to ask if their seasonings are gluten free, and they were great about checking it for us! It's good to have another place to eat for celiacs.
