This place is so cute, I love the dinosaur theme, and the staff is so friendly. I got the salted caramel shaken espresso and it was so good. My husband's roasted marshmallow coffee was also very good and had a cute toasted marshmallow on it. The back porch is perfect for working, and there's a paid parking lot right across the street.

This Coffee shop is not only one of the best in terms of really great Coffee it also may be the coolest spot in Wilmington. The effort to transform this place into what they have now is beyond amazing. This Coffee shop is the definition of what makes cities great. I know that sounds like a little much but it is true. You will see when you go there. The Coffee is some of the best I have had in Wilmington. The service is outstanding. The atmosphere is amazing. This is a must-try if you visit or live in the area.

This place is absolutely adorable! I got the iced shaken Salty Dino and it is the most delicious drink! Coffee is outstanding!! Not only is the atmosphere beautifully designed, they even had small Dino’s and gave one to my 3 year old nephew! A must go if you’re in the downtown area!

While strolling through historic downtown Wilmington, NC, stop by Hidden Grounds Coffee shop, much more interesting than your basic run-of-the-mill mermaid franchise coffee stop. Starting with the atmosphere: It's quirky, friendly and cool with a dinosaur them. Very fun and original. It fits historic wilmington well with a historic storefront. We loved the outdoor space – a terraced courtyard with comfy seating, great for warm nights and fitted with outdoor heaters for cooler days. It's a hidden escape from the crowds. I enjoyed a Dino Campfire Latte with oat milk. It was warm, frothy, and a perfect balance of sweet and espresso. Swing by Hidden Grounds. Order a latte, relax in the back courtyard, and be a part of the local Wilmington charm.

this👏🏼is👏🏼how👏🏼its👏🏼done!!! Family-run dinosaur themed coffee shop! The owners were all working and were all doing so with a smile on their face, despite the line out the door. They have coffee, tea, espresso, other sparkling waters and a few pastries. Their backyard patio area is exceptional. Tons of couches, bistro tables and chairs, and a few fun hanging loungers. This cafe is unlike any other in Wilmington and I’d encourage anyone to check it out and hang out for a bit 🤎🤍☕️

I could leave a long review stating all the amazing things about this place, but we are literally here 2-3 times a week every week! The owners are the nicest people ever and they did an awesome job decorating this place! The inside is quant and efficient, the patio is a sanctuary and the coffee is always delicious! Sometimes the line can get long, but be patience it’s worth it!!!

There is a reason this place had a solid 5 stars. The drinks are fun, the hot chocolate is just right, and even the plain latte is delicious and strong with its 4 shots of espresso! The outside area is serene and very well designed. If your little one loves dinos as much as ours, they are sure to have a fantastic visit.

This coffee shop is home of the most amazing coffee, staff, and decor! They have something for everyone! The staff welcome you like a warm hug and make each individual person fell special! The coffee is absolutely amazing and made to perfection every time! The seating in the back is incredibly gorgeous and the perfect atmosphere to get work done of just hang out with friends! Definitely my favorite place in Wilmington 🫶🏻
