One Hundred Hibachi and Sushi on East Brainerd road just opened and it’s awesome! The atmosphere is great and the service is first rate! I stopped in here on a whim and I’m so glad I did! Got boba and hibachi! Yum!!
Mia and her husband do a wonderful job. Everything I’ve had was spot on! I typically get the bourbon chicken, noodles, eggrolls, and crab Rangoon. Honestly I wouldn’t even I have to tell her over the phone what I want because she always remembers! Highly recommended Reading some of these reviews that are subpar blows my mind! Especially if they say it has no flavor or Mia is rude on the phone, or the white sauce isn’t good. Mia is awesome, the white sauce is some of the best I’ve had out of the 50+ hibachi restaurants I’ve eaten at and the bourbon chicken is some of the best bourbon chicken I’ve ever had from any restaurant.

Absolute garbage. Worst hibachi I've ever had. And the lady that took my oder over the phone was very rude. We got hibachi chicken, bourbon chicken, and teriyaki chicken. All of them were terrible. The "fried rice" was burnt rice. Chicken had no flavor. The white sauce is trash. I have no idea how they have a 4.4 star.
Just started eating here. I work nearby. The food is very good and they trim the meat very cleanly. Mia who usually rings me up is super kind and a beautiful person. Glad to have found them. Their sauce is refrigerated. The crazy person saying she got sick is out of her mind. This place has the freshest food. I was eating there three times a week while I worked at Guitar center nearby.
We love their steak and shrimp hibachi and Always get extra shrimp and white sauce because it is so yummy! The woman answering the phones and preparing orders is always super friendly and remembered what we liked to order after only our second time there. Everything we have ordered from the egg drop soup to the Spring rolls is made fresh to order and always ready for us to pickup within 15 minutes.
I've been coming here for a couple of years now. I love it! Owners are nice and very welcoming and the food is always delicious. When I don't feel like cooking this is my go-to spot.

This is my new favorite Japanese spot for sure! Great food and service! The Tuna Tartar and the Fried Chicken Bento Box was delicious! I will be back for date night and girls night! Thank you!
