Our stay was wonderful, great price in a convenient location. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. They are super friendly and quick to resolve any issues that came up. The grounds were well maintained and trash was cleaned up immediately.

Positive: The cost, which makes sense however the standards were absolutely awful. Negative: The hotel stunk very much like cigarettes, it was very dirty from the floor to the walls and even the bedding. Staff was terrible and not very accommodating at all. This place is a motel where people are living, it should not be deemed as a rentable place

Two rooms, 1 the TV didn't work... The other one the remote didn't work... This is an extended stay motel, meaning you have families that stay here for long periods of time... As such we got in around 11pm and the local kids were outside playing till at least 2am... That being said... Rooms are small, this is a converted motel 6... It's cheap, and convenient... You get what you pay for...

Room smelled strongly of smoke. Left opened window the entire day but smell still lingered and made it difficult to sleep. Told the office but they didn't do anything. Would never stay here again no matter what price.

The service is so nice and they respect privacy too. Rooms are well taken care of. Too many drug addicts though.

Staff was incredibly rude, at least the man that checked me in. As I was walking in, he was walking around the building and asked me if I needed a room and I said no, mind you it’s late at night and I’m a young cautious woman. When I went into the office I had to call to get the receptionist to come in, and realized it was the same guy. He asked why I said no and I said that I didn’t know he worked there. He asked me if I was scared of him which made me uncomfortable and I didn’t say anything in response. He mocked me for being wary and jokingly called me “Wonderwoman” when I said I was just being cautious. Completely lacked professionalism. My room was fairly clean besides the shower curtains which had stains and residue from what I hope is shower gel. There was a strong smell of cigarettes which honestly was to be expected. Guest WiFi is no good and I had to use my phone as a hotspot to access my online classes. I was visiting for a wedding and just needed a place to sleep for the night so I chose the cheapest option. With the experience that I had I definitely would have rather spent the extra money on somewhere where I wouldn’t be mocked by the employees.

This place is under new management. I've stayed here before when it was Motel 6, and it wasn't great but it was reasonably clean. I tried getting a room today, and after checking in and going to my room I found the sheets were stained and disgusting and the room smelled horrible. I do not require bells and whistles, but I DO expect the room to be clean. Management did give me a refund without any problems. I explained to them that nobody expects "extras" with a room at this rate, but we do expect it to be clean and sanitary. When I told the manager about my concerns, his response was "well, we're at 80% occupancy" indicating that my concerns were unfounded. The property is clearly being utilized by the unhoused who have few options, but they, too, deserve a clean room if they're paying. Clean it up, buy new bedding, and mandate that housekeeping is doing what you're paying them for, or else you've wasted your investment. I'm hoping management will consider the feedback. I may try this place again this summer. My goal is not to trash-talk any business, just hoping for improvement. Sometimes communication is all that's needed.

BED BUGS AND ROACHES!! If I could put 0 stars, I would. They have bed bugs and roaches. I was in my room 209 for 2 minutes when I noticed them. I told hotel staff and switched me to 115. That room also has roaches and stained sheets. I asked for a refund and he told me I need to take it up with his manager in the morning. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
