I worked for Jason Reid at Hi Tech Transmission and what he does is not only wrong but it's sad that a person can be so disrespectful. Most of the bad reviews from customers who paid the worst have been removed because Jason reports it. Customers do not realize that their post didn't meet standards because they were upset when they posted a review. Not to mention Jason has people that haven't received repairs posting reviews to maintain a good rating. Jason gives labor price and then calls with parts list making customers believe that the parts list is the updated amount. He doesn't tell the customer that the parts list doesn't include labor cost fluid and taxes. Customers agree to the repairs under the assumption that the parts list is the new total. Also READ THE INVOICE THAT YOU ARE ASKED TO SIGN WHEN DROPPING YOUR VEHICLE OFF I urge people to avoid bringing your vehicle here. Jason Reid is truly the most disrespectful person I have ever met.

high tech transmission is my number one transmission shop around. i point people in his direction everyday i recently bought a truck and the trans went out a few days later i then proceeded to send the truck to jason at high tech for a rebuild two days after sending him my truck i acquired a ankle fracture and dislocation putting me out of work for over 11 weeks with 2 major surgeries jason told me not to sweat it and to take care of myself first and the truck would be fine i recently got back on my feet and picked up my truck after jason and his crew rebuilt the transmission for me and wow does it not shift and pull better than before very pleased with him and his crew and will always send all of my transmissions to him. thanks high tech for helping me get back on the road. the red stepside is driving strong.

The guys worked on my Ford E450 bus yesterday and they took great care with it. They were personable and genuinely seem like good people. I appreciate the work they did to get my bus going. Not all spots in Chattanooga have the space or know how to work on such a beast, but they did a great job. I’ll be taking the bus to them anytime it needs work.

These guys do excellent work. They are always very busy. They did 5 transmissions for meand my guys and brought them all back to the farm here in Evansville Tn and installed them. Everyone the did on worked flawless a have been for working for almost a year each. They know their stuff here. We have s farm with many employees and this is the only place we go now.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable and professional guys working here. Parking lot stays busy. Witnessed a lot of repeat customers coming in while I had my vehicle repaired here. You can trust that they know what they are doing.

These guys will rip you off! They charged me $3,000 for an oil leak repair and then they tell me the engine needed a head job but only one cylinder needed repair. They charged me another $5,000 for half a head job and I had asked them to drive it around for a while and make sure it's fixed right, but they didn't! When the engine still didn't run properly I took it back and they said they only warranty the parts they put on and now it needs a new motor because it seized due to the oil leaking out of it! And to top it all off they impounded it when I didn't pick it up soon enough so now I owe $3000 to the towing impound lot! Same your time and money and go somewhere respectable! Total scam artists in this shop.

They had an excellent selection of sea turtles and I would highly recommend for exotic transmissions. I came in with a 1927 for tri motor and they had all sized of trash bags and the ceiling was ever so comfy. I couldn't image a better place to crack a cold one between my cheeks and whisper dirty little sweet nothings into my pet monkeys ears while getting a blister removed from my shaft.
