We’ve been with the company for well over 5 yrs, so even prior to new ownership. Anytime we’ve encountered any issues or concerns, Lori has been phenomenal to work with, she quickly gets any issues rectified. Our last service was done by Sam, he was friendly, thorough and worked quickly! We highly recommend shall you consider any home security.

I use HiTech for security, home automation, and cameras. I absolutely love my automated light switches and access control for my gate. So simple to use since I am not tech savvy. My husband uses HiTech as well for his company Fuller Sound in Marianna, FL. We love the service and the staff at HiTech!

We added a home security system. After talking with multiple firms, we selected Hi-Tech System Associates to do the install and monitoring. Hi-Tech was the most responsive and professional of the firms we dealt with. Their pricing was reasonable. Nick was great to work with on the system design and sales portion of the work. The field tech did a great job on the installation and providing us with the intiial training. We have had two minor issues since it went operational and we received a timely response to address the issues. We would recomment Hi-Tech for these services.

Colton and his crew at Hi-Tech System Associates do absolutely high end, clean installation. Their recommendations for use of space and selection of equipment is top notch. We have used them many times for our firm and the level of professionalism is beyond compare.
