I have never had anything dry cleaned so this is my first time and Hi-Tech cleaners did an amazing job. I had a velvet formal dress that I needed dry cleaned and there was a stain on my dress. I called and asked if it were ready and I was informed it wasn’t yet but it would be soon. I asked about the stain and Kevin said it was still there. I was upset but he said no problem, I will work on it for you. He called me back and left me a voicemail within 20 mins stating he got the stain out. This is amazing service! You saved me Kevin! Highly recommended this company.

In dry cleaning I’ve learned you get what you pay for. The wonderful people and service at Hi-Tech is by far the greatest there are in Murfreesboro. The level of quality products and care they use make my clothes actually look newer after they’ve been dry cleaned at Hi-Tech. When I’ve gone with other companies in town, my clothes tend to look faded and don’t come close to the quality of Hi-Tech. In addition to this, the owners make you feel like family and I feel like they’re a part of mine as well. I’ll never go anywhere else.
