Great find for Hot August Nights, the price is right, the location is accessible to everywhere you would want to go. Vehicle was safe, and well light parking. The staff is hospitable and very accommodating. I would stay there again for sure.

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. No place is perfect, but after living here for seven years, I have to say it is one of the best options available. Owners are super nice, responsive to problems, and work hard to run a reputable establishment. Rates are reasonable compared to similar places. Relatively quiet and safe. Many rooms have been updated/remodeled with more remodels coming. Exterminator comes monthly (or more often if needed), so bugs are not a problem. The only problems are bad "guests" who are dirty, steal everything, destroy property, and create major problems for the owners then like to complain about them.

The owners of this motel are friendly and the room is decent however have been here since the 7 or eighth of july my girlfriend and I are both working and have asked multiple times about getting a pet room and have been brushed off so to speak forgotten about . It's really important for us to have our dog do to the caliber of people in the area . Were hoping they'll take us serious we like staying here since our job is so close . We were hoping he'd work with us on getting into one of the bigger units also with full refrigerators.

It is very expensive. 260 a week. There are roaches. There's an odor in the room of something undesirable. The curtains don't cover the window and they are thin. It is not pleasant at all. However, full size fridge, new large comfortable bed...large microwave, very nice... No closet though..its mostly a depressing place. 😒

At first when we walked in we were surprised bc it looked nice and clean but after a few hours and we were still sweating bc the air conditioning isn't working we went and got the guy that rented us the room and he came in and tries to convince us that it's working fine!! Lol it's hot as hell in here!! Me and my wife are both sweating! Well he won't switch rooms or give a refund. Horrible customer service

Owners a thief be aware! I stay there for 2 month. Started out in one room them moved to a bigger room. The first room was clean but the 2nd one there was filthy. There was grease dripping down the walls in the small want to be kitchenet. The microwave had food burnt in it. The bath room was nasty! The tub was dirty. Toilet I am not even going into details. There was a bloody mattress leaning against my outside window almost the whole time I was there! The Neighbors were fighting with each other at all hours. The last 2 days there and one of the big reasons I left was I saw a cockroach on my wall. I did not want to get them in my belonginds. I had put a 75.00 cleaning deposit on the room! I had to spend 4 hours cleaning my room my self! So when I was getting ready to move out I cleaned the room again better then it was given to me and for the next people that had to stay there because I know the owner would not. I tried to get the manager to come walk through but low and behold no one was in the office all day. So I dropped the keys in the door as per there instructions on the door. I went back 2 days later walked past my last room on the way to the office and it was in the clean condition I left it in with the drapes open. So no one rented it yet. I asked for my cleaning deposit back and the manager said I left the room a mess so he was not giving me my deposit back. I was shocked. I asked him several times if he had the right room number and he was rude and said no deposit back... This guy is a theft and should not be running a motel. He was nice when we rented the room but ask for your deposit money back and you'll see how crooked he is. It was way too expensive for the area it's is in as well. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I'm actually impressed with the redone rooms. They an ok job , really really. I huge step up from what it was..a little pricey at 300 a week and so many uptight rules..but it could be worse...also..I saw NO BUGS at all.

Zero rating terrible services. Tenants are full of entitlements. One particular tenant in room 15 causes problems all the time. Plays his music loud all the time. Talks very loud at nite right outside my door or he yelling to his girlfriend instead of going inside his room to talk to her. Also he goes in and out the parking lot all nite long likes he making drugs runs because he slams his car doors tremendously hard on purpose to wakes me up each time. If I receive more money from social security. I would move but this is the only place that I can afford until section A kicks in for affordable housing. Talk to Singh the owner multiple times about this specific tenant as well as his other tenants. However I truly believe he likes these types of people who rent from him because nothing NEVER gets resolved. Been here for several months now and I'm completely frustrated angry and disappointed in Singh and his staff of employees.
