I am surprised to see the great reviews about customer service. We had gone in on 3 separate occasions, and we were lucky if we got a "Hello." The one time was busy, so I shrugged it off, but the other two times, only a handful of people and the staff seemed to either be clustered near the register or in a back room. I was looking at women's boots myself, and when I was browsing I probably looked confused and needed help, yet their employees walked past me 8x or so with no acknowledgement. The 3rd time visiting, we went in knowing the boots I wanted, but still had some questions - trying to find someone was near impossible. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is for the selection they offer - but customer service needs to be worked on.

Great selection of boots! I went with my wife to buy her a pair of boots and somehow also bought myself a pair. Customer service on both men and women side was outstanding.

Not the friendliest of people. Several standing but no one asking if you need help. Even when asking about sizes or availability, they give off a feeling of not wanting to help. They can do much better.

Update your google hours to reflect holiday closures. 2 min of your time to save far more of your customers’ time driving across town to find you haven’t.

Incredible experience. I wanted a pair of Lucchese Rodney boots, and not even Lucchese had them in my size. I searched the internet, and found Hewlett & Dunn. They picked up the phone and assisted me in finding the pair, and they took the time to send pictures of both of the pairs to me. I selected the pair I liked, gave my information over the phone, and they packaged the boots up. It is now 20 hours later, and I am wearing the new boots. This is genuinely exceptional service, and I will give all of my boot business to Hewlett & Dunn in the future.

Great Store The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about boots. I have bought several pairs over the years and they all fit great. I wear a different size in boots and they really work to make sure the fit is correct. This store is not a box store with people just there for a job.

Highly overpriced! We went to Tecovas instead! The sales people did nothing but stare or follow you around like someone was going to steal something!
