I love going into Hesselsons. Everyone is so helpful and kind. When issues arise with your spa, they are always very patient and kind explaining the procedure you should take. . Just wish it wasn't so far from my house then I would visit more frequently. If you are in the market to purchase a new spa, I won't hesitate to purchase it there. We had a great experience and they took there time explaining things and there was no pressure to make a decision. Great customer service. 😀

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone at Hesselson’s is completely invested in making sure they deliver a great customer experience. Our sales representative Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. The entire process from purchasing to soaking in our first hot tub was seamless. They even helped us find phenomenal contractors to poor a new concrete pad and a great electrician. Highly recommend!

Buying our 1st hot tub came with some hurdles but Sean was great in helping us navigate all of the challenges we had! We did zero planning ahead and needed to have an area ready for the hot tub when it arrived and we needed all of the electrical done. Not knowing where to start Sean gave us some names and we got to work. Delivery happened effortlessly and set up has been smooth with the great directions they gave with delivery.

First-time I've been there since it's existence. I'm glad I did. Despite only getting a gift card, they're selection of thermals and gloves are better than expected and a knowledgeable staff that are eager to help. Will frequent there more often
