It’s a nice ice cream shop with 3 booths, 2 tables indoors and several tables outside. It is clean. There is a large selection of different ice cream flavors, milkshakes and açaí bowls. The rocky road was a little bare and could use more marshmallows and pecans. Servings are plentiful and priced fairly. Today, we were waited on by Chloe and she was super patient, nice and professional. She greeted every single person that walked through the door and was happy to help in any way possible. We will return.

Hershey Ice cream has great options to make your own acai bowl. I love that you get to pick exactly what you want in the bowl with no upcharges. My favorite toppings are granola, kiwi, mango, banana, and pineapples with shredded coconut and a drizzle of honey. The ice cream is also pretty good with lots of flavors to choose from. The staff is friendly, and the space is clean and quiet.

Clean, cute and customer service was excellent. Lots of variety! Endless flavors! It was so refreshing to find the pride and the care the owner and his wife and his employees take to serve patrons. Now they offer Açaí bowls too! They load them up! The way they take your order is clever, takes the pressure off making your perfect bowl and holding up the line for others 😆

I love the variety of ice cream at this shop. Out of all the times I come here, Chole makes my experience so delightful. Her smile is warm and kind and she is very pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. Actually, she is the only reason I am leaving this review. Chloe, you are awesome and a bright star in this store. Hersheys is lucky to have you as an employee. I am obsessed. I have been twice so far and I had a great experience both times. The staff is so nice and very patient. I’m not sure if she’s the manager bus she is just as sweet as the ice cream. On both occasions that I have gone in she was warm and welcoming to me. They allowed me to sample the flavors and I did not feel rushed to make a choice. They have such a wide range of flavors, it makes it hard to choose. So far my favorite flavor is the Apple Pie, it’s a definite must try it when you go.

My son and I stopped in for ice cream after a hot day at the park/beach and I’m happy we did. The young lady working was on a solo shift and even though she had several customers , was prompt, efficient and provided professional customer service. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and very thorough and answering questions. The cafe was very organized, inviting and vibrant and had a very relaxed atmosphere . Everything was clean and the menu and selections were easily visible. This cafe offers açaí bowls, pudding, banana splits, lots of ice cream flavors to choose from, toppings, shakes, drinks and coffee. Pictured is the açaí bowl that I ordered and my son got a chocolate cone with gummy bears. There’s also pristine restrooms, plenty of parking and outdoor seating. If you’re looking for the perfect ice cream spot near the beach and other shopping plazas , offers great service and reasonable pricing, then I would highly recommend the Hershey Ice Cream Cafe.
