Ms Heidi is taking care of getting me all set up and she is so kind and patient. The complex seems pretty family oriented, mostly quiet and the grounds are clean. I’m so ready to turn my key to my new apartment.

Heidi and Rosa are both truly amazing. They both are very professional knowledgeable and a true pleasure to deal with. Display of high level communication, energy plus they went the extra mile with my situation. Hats off to Heidi and Rosa thankyou and take a bow. The Gold standard of service.

Heidi was amazing! She answered all of my questions and more! I spoke to another lovely lady in the office that I didn’t speak to often, but she was very pleasant as well. I can tell, that any issue that I may have in the future, I can comfortably address my concerns in this office. No complaints

Heidi is a great staff member! Very kinda and helpful. The 2 stars is for the roach infestation we had for most of the time we lived there. The wood in apartment is falling apart, so the roaches would come in from neighboring apartments. I deep cleaned our apartment before a vacation and when we came home they were everywhere. In the carpet and everything. Pest control would come by every so often, but it never completely got rid of them unfortunately. The rest of the apartment is fine-- it's a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Just wish there weren't bugs

I moved in about a month ago. The service was great and I really appreciated all the help being that I was a first time renter. I went to multiple places but this was the one for me! Please do check your apartments before moving in, I did and there were multiple superficial issues but I was okay with them (I did write it in my move in documents). Aside from this I was really happy. Per other reviews, there are many charges added to rent but this is discussed before signing documents or moving (was to be expected). The ladies in the office are very kind even after renting my apartment, they always provide us red carpet service and I have been happy with every encounter! Thank you Heidi, we are very appreciative of everything you have done for us!

Galib was awesome at handling a leaky sink after hours on a Saturday right before Christmas. Best service from any apartment ive ever stayed

It was awesome. Everybody was really sweet. I can't wait to move in this has really been such a good experience and I'm very happy with everything and everybody. You guys are amazing

The maintenance man was professional and nice, he just didn't fix the problem.
