This was such an amazing stay!! The staff was awesome and so nice. The room was spotless and ready to go when we arrived. Situated right on the beach which was so convenient for us. Overall perfect getaway spot and miles clear of the other hotels in the area. We loved it so much and will definitely be back!!
I will recommend to stay and very convenient you can walk to town and watch the sunset and sunrise. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very cleaned and comfortable beds. This is my first time staying in this hotel. I will booked again. Thank you for the manager it is very helpful and if you have any questions he will get back to you fast and help with any questions that you need to know about the hotel. Also easy to find the hotel and the parking is very safe. I will give the hotel 10 stars 🌟
Hero is a property we’ll return to—and we’ve been coming to Montauk for years. Hero was a last minute booking for us to take advantage of the remaining sunny days of the season and as an antidote to city life. Sejal at the front desk was warm and welcoming and made us feel perfectly settled in. She also had great recommendations for local destinations that weren’t on our radar. The property has an overall atmosphere of calm and the beach is just steps away. What would make the experience even better is an in-room coffee machine. But again, we shall see you again Hero.
My family and I stayed at Hero Beach Club just for one night but I do wish we could have stayed longer. The place is gorgeous, dreamy and relaxing. The rooms are just lovely and very clean but most important we have to thank the staff because they were the nicest. It felt like a movie, we really hope to be back soon!
Our stay could not have been better. The accommodations were immaculate and designed beautifully. The location was close to town and beach which made it so convenient and the welcoming management made our stay better than expected. Highly recommend!
The jewel in the crown is the location right next to a beautiful beach. But the hotel could do with some redecorating, as is shabby around the edges. The breakfast is adequate, but there is only ever one member of staff around to help you. The bikes are rusty, with flat tyres; so need some attention also!
Definitely do not recommend this hotel. I contacted Hero Beach Club management several times to attempt to cancel my reservation for a refund, and even offered a credit versus refund as an option, due to my entire party of 6 people contracting COVID and testing positive the day prior. After Hotels.com directed me to the property, I was treated rudely by staff and was told “you could have Covid or you could just be cancelling due to weather, we just don’t know.” Further, they had 0 regard for their other guests, as they encouraged me to continue with the stay even though my large party was in a peak transmission window. I’m so disappointed with the outcome of this. I was responsible and didn’t bring Covid to this report, the least that could have been done is meet me half way.
Perfect, fun hotel ! Located in a peaceful area -but within easy walking distance of restaurants and town center. Great room design, impeccably clean, lovely amenities, nightly firepits. And the beach is right outside your windows! The perfect getaway 👍
