Amazing place! They go out of their way to make you comfortable and relaxed. The staff is amazing, very friendly, helpful, and patient. Several amenities include drinks and cheese/bread upon arrival, a coffee bar, margarita machine access, soup, breakfast in bed, cookies and ice cream in the evening. Our room was lovely with a private hot tub. Highly recommended for a couples weekend!

We stayed at the cottages deck level suite 501 and enjoyed the view over the river. The hot tub on the deck was amazing as we listened to the trains go by. We enjoyed the privacy, the steam shower and jet tub in the room added to the relaxation we were seeking. I wish there would have been a massage appointment available or massage therapist that would come to the room but that was not an option. The breakfast was delivered to the room each morning and I would give the food a 3 star. Overall a nice little getaway from the city which is what we needed. I would go back!

Had a wonderful experience at Hermann Hill! Food service was so nice, it had a cozy feel to the whole place. The staff were so nice and polite and helpful too! The view was so beautiful as well, our hot tub was clean and wonderful. My only issue was that our food trays were too large for the little eating nook table but we figured it out! We had French toast and waffles one morning and the French toast was to die for! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, romantic getaway.

Had been looking at booking a weekend here for a while and finally pulled the trigger. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Right when we checked in we were scheduled for our massages that were great and right next to our suite the Vignoles. When we finished our massage, snacks and wine were waiting which were perfect, followed up by some pizza and dessert. The room was great with amenities, and the bed was very nice albeit a tad soft for our preference but to each their own. The hot tub, spa bath, and steam shower were all amazing to have on the very cold and snowy weekend. It was also fantastic having breakfast and coffee delivered to the room in the morning.

We stayed in cottage 4 and the view of the river was beautiful. The hot tub on the deck was our favorite amenity. We took advantage every evening. There were a ton of little details that made our stay wonderful. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed in cottage 501. It was great. We enjoyed the view of the river off our deck while sitting by firepit. It was relaxing to soak in the hot tub in the evening after a day of visiting the sites of Hermann. The room was clean and stocked with lots of treats! I would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff! Beautiful views, nice place. We did the suggested 3 mile walk, and it was great! Great place for a couple’s getaway. They need less huge pillow options. My wife & I both had headaches the next morning. We will need to bring our own next time. 30$ for chocolate covered strawberries & sparkling grape juice 💸. Also, the breakfast is extra $$ if you want a decent breakfast. Room was 66 degrees 🥶 when we got there, in spite of having listed our preferred temperature on their questionnaire. Overall a great place, but a few misses

We had an awesome experience. The staff was extremely accommodating. The views are spectacular. The suite had everything we needed to stay in place all weekend. The meals provided were delicious. The room was stocked with amenities, snacks , soda , and so many thoughtful touches all travelers might need.
