I was there in late October, so the vibe may be different in the warmer seasons. Anyway, the dim lighting and live music made for a very intimate environment. Definitely recommend ordering an old fashioned. Drinks are a bit on the smaller side for the $$ but worth it if you're in town enjoying a little getaway. The outdoor seating area looks like it would be wonderful when warm out. I'll definitely stop back in during my summer visit.
Beautiful patio, good music venue. Food was terrible bar food. Prefab everything. There was no service. You ordered everything yourself which is fine but that is why the service is 3 stars.
A massive basement bar that does not feel like a basement. Good drinks but served in plastic cups. Multiple seating options. Also, a large outdoor multi-level patio space. Several TVs. Basement does not appear to be wheelchair accessible and restroom has stairs also. Street parking only.
Live Music 7 days a week the grille is always open. If in Herman this is. Must try and the grill isn’t that bad. Best whiskey sour in Herman! When you want a break from the wine tastings definitely stop here for a Great Whisky selection
Cozy Cellar bar serving bar food and playing live music. I had the bratwurst’s with mushroom and cheese. I thought the mushroom and cheese were toppings but they are IN the brat, not a fan of it and will not get it again nor the chips with cheese. It’s a nice place to hang out. Enjoy and please 🙏 like if this helps.
Like other negative reviews seen, we had a mediocre experience at best. There is no wait staff, so you’re stuck getting everything yourself. That’s not a negative, per se, if the staff and system they’ve been stuck in were actually geared towards customer self service. Asked for a drink holder to carry three drinks to patio…given a dirty, sticky tray…then you have to manage the unwieldy doors before heading up the stairs to their patio. Live music was below average, guy singing off-key to cover music he didn’t seem to know well. Food service is truly a bad joke. Multiple mistakes made, one item had to be made three separate times (as simple chicken sandwich, apparently not so simple for the cooking staff), nobody bothered to say sorry or otherwise acknowledge the mistake. Brought this up to owner via email and he accepted the criticism but blamed staffing shortages and “hours they need”…whatever that means. It’s a simple formula: hire good people, train them well, pay them well. Based on other reviews it would appear the owners don’t really care what anyone says about the bad experiences they endure… This is a really unique establishment in an even more unique town. It could really pop under the right leadership.
This place was SO much fun. Especially since we got in late on our first day. We were able to sit in the bar and enjoy the live music (well done Acoustic Rob 👍) and drinks! You get two drink tickets for staying at the Crown Suites but it’s open to anyone and everyone. Music plays from 7-10 and the bar closes around midnight. Only two cons: they are not currently serving food like you see in other review photos because of COVID I believe. We were told they only have frozen pizza. Also the prices were a bit of a surprise / shock when we paid our tab. We had 6 drinks that cost us nearly $100. Still loved the time and worth it but I think that could be a real problem to someone else not expecting it.
Nice place to stay in Hermann. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio with live music each nite. Tonight was Kevin Gruen a solo acoustic songwriter & did many popular requests. He was very good & has interesting historical knowledge of song originations. The bar has a few choices of food. The brats & fried mushrooms were good. The cheeseburger was a different tasting burger, did not like. They have many liquid refreshments, their frozen wine slushy are excellent! They have breakfast in the morning till 10:30 am too. It was a nice get away.

Fun place for a late night drink (and bite) and to hear some karaoke ð¤ I was also very surprised by the handful of singers we got to hear. Maybe it was still early enough in the night but they were pretty good! Had a neat little VIP area if you
Had a wonderful experience at Hermann Hill! Food service was so nice, it had a cozy feel to the whole place. The staff were so nice and polite and helpful too! The view was so beautiful as well, our hot tub was clean and wonderful. My only issue was
This is such a great place. The owner is someone you meet and immediately like. And then to make it even better, his coffee cocktails are amazing. I'm generally not a fan of Irish coffee, but Holy cow was it good. And I could drink the espresso marti
Great spot to grab your coffee needs for a start to explore Hermann Mo and all it has to offer. Make sure to try their Biscuits & Gravy. So good! We had stayed just a block behind it in the Brickhouse Inn. Perfect walking distance to get by fix. Snap
My husband and I both had the Bang Bang burger with Smokey fries. It was DELICIOUS!!! The food was AMAZING! The atmosphere great and what we saw on the menu only made us want to come back! Definitely recommend if you are in Hermann!
Very informative tour guide. It was a lovely experience. You tour a Piano maker's home/workshop and a wine maker's home/store. Not wheelchair accessible. I did ok with my cane with my husband's help.
We drove through Hermann today. Doxie Slush was the best choice we could have made for lunch. All of the slushies we tried were outstanding with fun garnishes to tell them apart! They offer flights so you donât have to choose just one. The food was
The best croissant breakfast sandwich Iâve ever had! The sausage patty was so thick it was the size of a cheeseburger! Can definitely be shared! Absolutely delish! Also had really good CRISPY hash browns!
Very nice winery located not far from our hotel . Oldest winery in Missouri we learned on the tour . The cellar that they built and hand dug is very impressive . Truly amazing to build something like that before modern times The wine tasting area

Glad to return to Wings A-Blazin' after a few years away, and cool to see they've got the Turbulence Brewery operation going now. (Also Boulevard's Tank 7 was also on tap! Check out Untappd for beer selection, and it's Hermann, so of course there's l
