Heritage Steakhouse - American restaurant in Las Vegas - The Mirage, 3400 S Las Vegas Blvd, USA

New York strip had a delicious, crispy sear while staying moist and tender on the inside. We had a business dinner here with a set menu. The waiter did not explain the menu besides that we had to pick our main, so it was unclear what to expect. At fine restaurant like this, the waiter should also ask what kind of bourbon or rye one wants with their old fashioned, especially given the price of everything. That didn't happen. The cheesecake was decadent without being overwhelmingly sweet.

Superb food and service. Highly recommend the short rib, skirt steak and French onion soup. Our server Alan was wonderful. Friendly, welcoming, excellent service. Perfect menu item recommendations. Attentive and responsive. Patient. Very knowledgeable about the menu.

Had seafood tower, porterhouse steak, and onion rings. I have nothing to say about the food as it was just perfect. Seafood tower quality was great in quality, the steak was superb, and the onion rings were equally delightful. However, I must admit that I found the service from the hostess somewhat lacking. Despite making a reservation, we were initially seated at a rather cramped table for two. We noticed an empty table right next to us (a lot of tables were empty) and politely inquired if we could be moved there, but the hostess promised to check and never returned.. Thankfully, our server later recognized that the table was too small for our needs and proactively adjusted the seating arrangement for us, which was greatly appreciated. All the servers here were super friendly. I must say that the atmosphere is not very calm, rather it's quite bustling and noisy. But overall experience was enjoyable.

Had to make reservations! What an awesome restaurant! Food and service was amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We were celebrating my BF's birthday and we had a delightful dinner! Ordered some steak and 🍷. Definitely recommend this place 👌

Beyond expectations good. The service is 10 out of 10, very attentive and professional service. Love their bone-in ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfection. The kid loves the brioche and asked for one more order to go. There are many fine steakhouses in Vegas, and we really enjoyed here.

In A Nutshell: -Heritage Steakhouse is a delicious upscale steakhouse located in the current Mirage casino/hotel. -You will find excellent service here in addition to wonderful food. -I really enjoyed the Seafood Tower, the Filet Mignon & the Grilled Octopus. -Each one of those items above, were mouthwatering good & I highly recommend all three. -Their Pinot Noir from Santa Maria, CA paired excellently w/ the dishes too. Overall, I really enjoyed dining at this steakhouse!

The food here is phenomenal and any of these reviews that say otherwise are just people who naturally complain. The appetizers were fantastic. We had lobster thermadore served with a puff pastry. Perfect. A half dozen oysters which were delicious and fresh. But the appetizer star is the grilled octopus which I would come back and order again. For dinner my husband and I split a filet and ordered a grilled lobster on the side. They were accommodating and it was enough for both of us. Our party all had steaks. The crust on the outside is so well done. For sides we had creamed spinach, puréed potatoes and Mac and cheese. All amazing. I wish the wine list had more price friendly options but hey it’s Vegas. Would eat here again. Our total dinner for six was just over $ and worth every penny.

Steakhouse sits inside the atrium area of the Hard Rock(Formerly Mirage). Ambiance is great. Food was spot-on. I had the waygu ribeye and my wife the scallops. Desserts were the bananas foster and cookie butter cheesecake. Everything was tasty. Service was top-shelf. We'll be back. Good stuff!
