I Stayed here for 3 nights. I had my family here the rooms are nice and clean. Air conditioning, cable t.v. and plenty of clean towels. Also, managment is quick to assistance you with anything you need. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's right in the center of town for all shopping needs. and less than a mile to the interstate for easy off and on travel.
I stayed at the heritage inn on 2 different occasions. First time I stayed for 5 nights and the staff was friendly, the location is great close to Walmart and fast food places, comfortable beds. And then I left for a day and came back and stayed 6 nights once again the staff was really nice, the location is great. The first night back here I had a problem with my key reader working on my door the next day they transferred me to a room that had a bigger bed, the room looked bigger. You can tell the staff members love their job very friendly, extremely nice.
Overall, it was a decent experience. The price is a little high for being a motel but all in all they provide you with toilet paper, towels, and are put to get anything that you need. Also I have forgot to pay up for the week yesterday even though it had been 7 days and they waited until the next day to bother me to ask if I was going to pay which I thought it was pretty nice of them. Instead of knocking on my door the second 24 hours hit and telling me I needed to pay late at night or something.
This place is MUCH BETTER than it used to be. It’s seriously AWESOME for the price. I have a dog and they had zero issues with her being here. The staff were all amazing and the price for staying several days was unbeatable! The rooms were nicer than expected too. I would recommend this stay to any person looking for a safe and quiet place on a budget. The free Wi-Fi and cable tv was nice too. Wi-Fi was stable and decent speeds.
I’ve been staying here now for a few weeks. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I see some of the older reviews and I can assure you that it has been AWESOME here. The rooms have been remodeled and Ive had no negative experiences while staying here. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Besides the price being fantastic… the staff are also great. They do offer great prices for those looking for an extended stay. I’ve been completely satisfied with everything this location has to offer. It’s basically in the middle of everything Martinsburg has to offer. It’s less than 1 minute drive to the mall, Walmart, tons of restaurants, and it’s very close to many of the factories in the area. If you’re driving an extended distance to come to work in the area… it might be cheaper to stay here than to spend hundreds on fuel every month(as it was in my case). All in all, for the money, this place is absolutely a 5 star stay. I’ve stayed in a lot of cheap hotels and this is by far the best one I’ve ever been to.
Rooms are fairly quiet but the guests are in and out with horns all the time Its a you get what you pay for kind of place Saw a couple roaches and room service is very basic the couple running the motel does it but it's like they are trying get out of it they play games it seems.
Pros: The sheets and bedding were clean. The room had enough space to comfortably fit two to four people and it was air conditioned. It was nicely decorated. I think the owners/managers are making an effort but they need more guidance, training and resources to improve the hotel.|| ||||Cons: We asked for a non-smoking room but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and cleaning chemicals. The carpet was wet and the bathroom smelled as thought it had been recently used. The grout was not cleaned in the bathroom. For these reasons, I decided not to take a shower there.||||We reserved the room for two nights but decided not to stay another night because of the quality of the air. The hotel manager would not give us a refund for the second night that we did not stay and and was angry with us for not staying another night. Later she came by and offered to put us in different room, which we declined.
Room stunk, holes in walls and ceiling, looks like seven spots on carpet, fridge and microwave not plugged in, carpet pulling away from walls, bathroom door filthy and bed sheets inside out and haven't been changed. This place is a DIVE FROM HELL!! I wouldn't put my dog in here. Front door dirty, mangled, and no security locks. For a week's stay the price is $392.00. This place should be condemned
Love this coffee shop! Real coffee drinkers know ð This isn't the mass-produced drivel pumped out by the likes of Dunkin and Starbucks! It's the REAL deal. So excited they're expanding their menu in the morning now too! Some day, I may get fit eno
I came here with some friends looking for a chill afternoon as part of a bachelor party. We had a fantastic time - all the staff were super friendly and accommodating, not to mention the incredibly delicious cocktails (all doubles)! We enjoyed the be
Unpretentious and quaint, with an affordable menu (nothing over $15 in Aug. '23) the Copper Still is my 'go-to' roadhouse, whenever I'm in the area. As a 'mom-&-pop's operation, they can't hide behind a corporate reputation and so rise solely on thei
