Heritage Hoagies - Sandwich shop in Huntingdon Valley - 2447 Huntingdon Pike, USA

Not from the area, but always looking for a decent hoagie. I ordered the Godfather with mayo. The roll was weak, the meat was lite, and thier was way to much mayo. Service was nice and the place was very clean. Hard to locate, I drove right past it.

Disappointed, feels like new ownership. Little to no meat on the hoagie, but plenty of filler. I will no longer support HH, which is painful as I live locally.

My Husband was in town for business and me & the kids came a long…I was checking out google maps to see what was around to eat and we came across this place! wow! so glad we did! The chicken cheesesteak was so good( the kids loved it), full of flavor and not dry like most places. Pizza fry’s we’re so good, taste like homemade sauce,onion rings were the best!!! With this sauce which also is homemade and so yummy. Regular cheesesteak was good as well. Everything was fresh and made to order, I love the attention to detail from the homemade dip to the sauce on the fry’s… this is what a lot of businesses are lacking these days, SO thanks guys. *only critique I would have is to the older man who works there just turn on the smile a bit He looked miserable and it was uninviting but the older women and 2 girls were so sweet and super helpful.* (he wasn’t mean or nasty by any means)

Atmosphere is your basic delicatessen. But their hoagies are made with pure love. Every bite is just a happy dance in my opinion!

First timer. And what a great stop. Wanted to order a hoagie, but I seen that they also make cheesesteakes and other hot sandwiches too. Order a pizza cheesesteak with cooked onions. Wow. The pizza sauce was fantastic and the meat was cooked perfect in a fantastic roll. Bravo. I'll be back for a hoagie soon.

I come here at least once a week. Great service great food. Great atmosphere. You want the old fashion Philly hoagie. This is the place.

This place is a must! This shop is located near small area near a college, where it's very quiet. The store itself is cozy and the workers here are very nice. The seats are comfortable and it is a clean environment. Now, getting to the best part, the food. You may go in here thinking you're just going to get a regular sandwich but what you're going to get here is nothing of the sort. All of the sandwiches here are freshly made. There is nothing just sitting out in the open waiting. Since everything is freshly made, it takes about 5-10 minutes after you put your order in which isn't a long time. Now, after you wait for the sandwich, it looks amazing but how it tastes is important. I can assure you, the wait is well worth it, the moment I bit into my sandwich, I could not stop eating. The sandwich I had, (South Philly) was probably the best sandwich I have ever eaten in my entire life and I'm sure I will go back again.

First timer turned future regular here. I work in the area and have heard great things about Heritage Hoagies, so i decided to give it a try. I ordered an Italian hoagie with mayo and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, crusty roll, perfectly thin sliced Dietz and Watson meats and cheeses and fresh crispy lettuce/toppings.. Just literally tastes like it was made with love ❤️ Cannot wait to try other culinary creations from Heritage. Thank you!
