Heritage Hills Golf Resort - Resort hotel in York - 2700 Mt Rose Ave, USA

Great location, quiet and clean room, but I had an issue with one of the staff. She was rude and impatient with me, felt like I was asking for too much when I asked for a 2 night extension. One would think there would be a more positive response. She tried overcharging me by almost $150 when I had spoken to a different staff who had given me a much lower price. The next day I see that my bank is charged $30 more than the price her and I settled on. Overall, a frustrating experience. I hope that this person learns to be nicer or gets a different job. I was also disappointed that they didn't have simple plates or bowls...most hotels I've stayed at had those items available. It was the same person I had spoken of earlier - I felt like she was inconvenienced by my requests. I had an emergency situation and didn't bring essential things from my home with me. My experience in booking this place was fast and easy, and my request for a quiet room was respected.

Service was horrible! The waitress was busy but could not multi task. She was real slow. We arrived shortly after 5:30 and left at 8:00....service was that bad. Waited forever to take our order. Walked past us several times without asking a thing. Had to order a drink when got a drink so you would have one when finished.Never did get the water I asked for! Waitress and the food runner never cleared anything. Our tiny table of four was covered with dishes and cups. No room. The food runner handed me a very hot plate without warning. The plate had obviously been sitting on a warmer because a sandwich plate shouldn't be that hot. My husband and I had sandwiches that were crispy on top and soggy on the bottom. My husband didn't get what he ordered. We were overcharged. It took the waitress 20 minutes to adjust. Last time, I was there the food was awful It has been several months since my return. This time the service was horrible. Not sure I will be back!!

This location is extremely nice. It's very well cleaned and maintained. The management is phenomenal. I am really frustrated that some woman gave this business 1 star out of 5 because she felt like her room was "boring"? What does that even mean? Maybe it is her who is boring. This place is lovely.

The rooms I have seen are nice. My only issues is the bedding isn't the best with the price. It has a very nice restaurant and the employees are wonderful. Overall a great place.

We stayed in the farmhouse with a group of 8 golfers and LOVED our stay. Awesome location directly on the ninth fairway (you can see the farmhouse behind me in my picture), easy access to the tavern, driving range and putting green. All staff especially Heather we’re wonderful to deal with. Pro shop had a good selection of gear too. Would definitely recommend this setup for a stay and play arrangement

Very comfortable beds, clean room. The bathroom is small but very nicely done. The shower was wonderful with excellent water pressure. The staff is accommodating, I requested a room close to the door and I am 2 doors down, perfect place to rest.

Day 3 of no hot water and chaos as well with group parents and screaming kids plating hockey in the hallway all night. Asked to Siena with the manager at 0900 am this morning. Manager never called back. Still no hot water and its 9 pm at night. Front desk caters to who they chose to and ignores everyone else. The manager is a dirty excuse for a human being who could care mess about actually doing her job. Staff is rude, ignorant and unprofessional. I wound nut suggest staying at this location.

The grounds are beautiful, friendly staff, but the rooms are depressinggggg. We paid for a suite while attending my brothers wedding and I was more than disappointed with the room. The suite was dimly lit, had an odor, and honestly needs to be updated. I had high hopes to spend a quiet evening with my husband before the wedding but the room was pretty lack luster.
