Heritage Hill Bed and Breakfast - Featured Reviews (9)
My niece and I truly enjoyed out stay in the Red Room. Heritage Hill B&B was the first stop on our Road Trip to New England. The room was clean and comfortable, and very spacious. The grounds were lovely, and the swing was a great bonus; as were the animals, especially the dogs! Dana and Scott are fantastic hosts. Lest I forget - the breakfast was AMAZING!
We stayed two nights at Heritage Hill B & B while in Virginia for weekend concerts held at UVA. Charlottesville is only 30 minutes away from the property which itself was located only a few minutes from local restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean with a king sized bed, full bathroom with tub and TV. There are a total of 3 rooms upstairs off of a large hallway. At one end there is a fridge for guest use as well as a cabinet that is home to a keurig, coffee, tea, small snacks, and related supplies. Downstairs is a living room with a large flat screen TV and comfy seating. There is an outdoor seating are and fire pit as well. Breakfast was served at 9:00 both mornings in the downstairs dining room where I was greeted with fresh local coffee, juice, homemade baked goods (cinnamon rolls and pumpkin coffee cake), and a fresh fruit plate. This was followed by a hot breakfast (quiche and eggs & bacon). The food was made better by the company of the other guests and the owners Dana and Scott. In my opinion, Heritage Hill comfortably meets the expectations of a quaint, country bed and breakfast and sets a high standard other establishments of it's kind in the area.
This bed & breakfast is absolutely perfect. Beautifully decorated and very clean. What I enjoyed the most was the little details throughout the room. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Blue room. It is so beautiful. We were greeted with homemade cookies! Dana and Scott are gracious hosts, very pleasant and friendly. Dana is an amazing cook! Breakfast was spectacular. I can feel the love Dana and Scott put into their amazing bed & breakfast.
When I came across Heritage Hill, I knew this is where I wanted to stay for a visit to Waynesboro! I was coming to town to photograph a wedding and this was the perfect place to relax in between having things to do. Dana and Scott were extremely accommodating and friendly! We stayed in the Red Room and the accommodations were so comfortable and roomy. I loved the swing out front in the yard - it was a very charming touch! Breakfast was absolutely delightful and they have fresh eggs and honey! The location was close to town as well. I cannot recommend Heritage Hill Bed & Breakfast enough, it is truly a gem!
Hands down the best BnB I've ever stayed at! The accomodations were great, the room was cozy for me and my girlfriend, and Dana makes a phenomenal breakfast! The view out of the Red Room was amazing as well. Our only regret was that we didn't get to stay longer this time!
The Blue Room was beautiful, incredible breakfast, Dana and Scott are wonderful, highly recommend!

I have reviewed the east side, now for the west. This side is way more of a workout getting to and from the tunnel. More of a woodland trail where you eventually make your way to the black fence and tunnel, but with a lot of ups and downs. The tunnel
