Went to the Harry Potter expo. Worth the price if you're a Harry Potter fan. Sport for the VIP, because the regular admittance queue was probably at least an hour wait!! We were able to go right the the front with VIP passes.
I would highly recommend Jane Doe as a real estate agent. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, making buying a home easy. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We will be using her again in the future!” “We had a great experience working with John Smith as our real estate agent. He was very responsive to our needs and helped us find the perfect home for our family. He made the process stress-free, and we are very grateful for his hard work.” “It was a pleasure working with Sarah Jones as our real estate agent. She made the process of buying a home effortless and enjoyable. She was always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new home. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great real estate agent!”
Management is terrible, extremely bureaucratic, and unaccessible. The management works 9-5 M-Th and 10-4 on Friday, which means you'll have to take time out of your work day. You will get redirected at least 3 times before finding the right person to contact and then when you do, they will most likely not reply to your email. Instead, you have to put in work to schedule a million calendar invites to discuss in a zoom meeting with them about the issue, and when the meeting time comes, they sometimes show up 30 mins late to your meeting because they were on their lunch break. When you submit a maintenance request, even if your place is unlivable because of that issue, they will take a week for contractors to come and fix it, which I guess you'll just have to pay for a hotel or crash at your friends place... The facilities are in need of maintenance: Pool table: pool sticks are broken. TV & Xbox: Guest Wi-Fi in the lounge isn't even working sometimes. Games that are there are all outdated from 2017-2018. Remote and Xbox cable isn't even there lol. Gym: AC issues sometimes, missing weights. Laundry room: dryers don't dry your clothes after 1 cycle and there's a puddle a lot of times.
Herald Towers is everything I could have dreamed it to be and more! Prime location in midtown, close to Times Square, MSG, Penn Station & Hudson Yards. I’ve lived here for almost a year and can’t wait to renew my lease! One of the best living experiences I’ve had and I am so thankful to have found it. The Leasing and Management offices are super helpful and answer any questions you might have. I never thought I’d be able to afford such a luxurious place however the leasing office worked with my me and my budget. The laundry room, gym, lounges and roof decks are beautifully designed and have such a high end feel to them. The views of the city from the lounge and roof decks are breath taking. I can’t recommend Herald Towers enough!!
- Been here for nearly 3 years - If you're willing to overlook how management is, then you can stay here no problem - The package room has designated hours and listed lunch breaks, but then when you go during listed hours, it says they're gone from 1-3pm. - Renters don't get their security deposits back within two weeks. I have heard personal accounts of it taking two months and more, for one friend it took a full year. - The laundry room has been under renovation for nearly 7 months now. The entire laundry room, where everyone came to do their laundry, closed down. I'm not sure why they couldn't close down just half of it at a time or provided other effective solutions. Management initially offered to subsidize laundry but then offered a drop off service in the building at a hiked price. The drop off service also consistently loses customer's items and mixes them up with other people's. - Cockroaches in the apartments and sometimes mice. - There's barely any ventilation in the bathrooms. - Don't be wooed by the amenities, take EVERYTHING into consideration. - The lounge area and rooftop are amazing - A few of the doorman are friendly, some are rude and intentionally make things difficult - The maintenance guys are wonderful and prompt - There's occasionally brown water and no one is notified. It just happens because of all of the construction going on. - You're choosing between natural light + great views + street noise rooms OR barely any natural light + facing inside + quiet rooms - Also note: I would take the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. Especially those that have no picture and just one review...
The management is irresponsible and non-responsive even for Manhattan standards. Particularly Arabia Miles! She will give you much attitude and threaten you with information "in the contract" that she misinsterpreted lol. I know the building was built in WWII, but management really doesn't care to keep up. Don't be fooled by the renovated first floor and the rooftop. The unit themselves are infested with roaches, plumbing is always an issue, you'll get brown water in the morning, laundry machines are always broken, loud construction with thin walls, and it took 3 months to get access to the elevator that opens to the gym/laundry. Funny enough, I had to beg management to take rent for the first three months because they couldn't get it together enough to activate the portal for me to pay. Definitely did not renew the contract :).
I've been living in a studio at HT for over a year now, and re-signed my lease for an additional 18 months. It has all the amenities you expect out of a luxury highrise (package room, laundry, gym, etc.) while being centrally located in Manhattan. My personal experience has been positive with the staff - management, concierge, and maintenance. I've had occasional issues for one reason or another, but they're resolved promptly. Special shoutout to David, Mike, Jose, and Jorge. I'm overall glad I chose to live here and would do it again, for sure.
Herald Towers is my home and I did not want to live anywhere else in NYC besides in this great building. The whole team working in the building is like family, and the managment office is very efficient and hellpful. Recently they improved the rent payment system in the building which is great and I grabbed the opportunity. The whole registration process on Bilt rewards is pretty much simple and well-described by the management office. I paid the first rent with Bilt a day after my application was succesfull. I had to link my bank account with the card, which is also very easy to do and is very much secured over Plaid service. By paying the full rent, I received an equal amount of points, and in the future, I might be able to use those points toward the rent payment. Although, I did not need a new credit card I am glad I will be able to use this card to pay the full amount of rent without paying any fees. Also, the card and the Bilt rewards program seem to be evolving every month so it might be worth a while having it for other purposes as well. Mostly I am thankful for this great new card and to management staff for seting it up, and by that showing how Herald Towers advanced is.

We love it here! Weâve been in this building for 6mo now and are quite happy. Solid amenities, great location, and truly pet friendly. Repair requests are addressed in a timely manner and the guys are lovely. All of the building staff are warm and
I have lived here for almost five years, in two different unitsâ¦.and I am hoping to move to a third unit this year. I absolutely love this building. The units are so thoughtfully laid out and absolutely beautiful, with the floor to ceiling window
This is simply the best place to live in New York City! Sounds superlative, but it was oh so true for me. It was my first apartment in New York City. I moved here to live for a year to help my daughter with her children while she was in grad school.
I love living here! Highly recommend. The doormen (especially) Terrence, Jose, & Mervin) are absolutely wonderful and always welcome us home, help with packages, and check in on us. The apartment itself is very spacious, weâve barely had any issues
This is top class residential building. Very friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool for sporty swimming, not just for photos, lounge zone suitable for work, 500 MBit WiFi in apartment which is super amazing, wonderful view (see photos attached)
Great class. All the coaches organize classes to push you but allow you to workout to your level. The workout space is not overcrowded and the environment makes you forget youâre actually running!
I look forward to my body rolling and foot fitness sessions with Melyssa! Her immense knowledge and intuition guide the sessions in a great way. This work is supportive for the long haul; brings awareness, strength and greater mobility. It's become a
One of the best bibimbaps Iâve ever had! Cozy space so there is not a lot of seating, but would get it as take-out if needed. Will definitely go back!
Eko is the best property manager Iâve ever met. He is very reactive and provide service as soon as possible. My 4 months tour in NYC is indispensable without his help.
Tickets were crazy affordable, especially in NYC terms. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. It was wayyy cheaper than going to the movies. They had an amazing line-up and the retro 80s vibes were intimate and chill. Plus the come
Out of all of the Georgian restaurants Iâve been to in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Mealz is the one that exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, not to mention the service was amazing. Overall, the environment was very comforting and friendly

Absolutely love F45 midtown location! The gym is huge and spacious, the equipment in great condition , and the instructors rock. Theyâre always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to injuries/ substitutions and I feel I get a great workout
Great, fantastic experience. My girlfriend and I came here for the first time during a trip to NYC and it's so great. The location at night in the winter at night was a bit unfamiliar but it's on a main street and near a subway entrance so that's a t
