Had a great time! The houseboat was wonderful! Beds were not real comfortable but all in all it was great! The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. They have what they call Dock boys who come to the end of the dock with a hugh cart unload your things from the vehicle and take it to the boat and unload for you! We have been renting houseboats for about 7 years and this is the only place I know of that has this excellent service. I recommend this place very highly!!! Thank you so much for such a stress free week!!

Started a night in a cabin then stayed a week+ on a 70' houseboat. Loved it and we vibe back every year! Multiple times some years! Staff are always awesome!

We rented the Plan 90 Dreamliner. The cost is teetering on excessive. The boats are generally clean and operational. Some small details get overlooked. I know the boats are aging, but a few upgrades would go a long way in improving the experience. The staff is super friendly.

On a the good side: the Dock Hands are great. Quietest generators on Dale Hollow. Great Grill. On the bad side: Boats are in bad disrepair. Mildew throughout. Dirty fridge, windows and screens and sliding glass doors are ill fitting, broken gas gauges for motor and generator, leaking upper canopy just to name a few. If they upgrade the boats, then we will consider to return. Disappointed and Dissatisfied.

Ms Patty and her new crew were very efficient. She’s got some boys from Burkesville that go above and beyond, but if my boat was sinking them Celina boys look like they can swim better…Been going to Hendricks for 12 years myself and always have a pleasant experience at the dock and on the boats. Patty and her crew keep the family ownership feel and the price is still right when compared to the big conglomerates taking over other docks and resorts on the lake. hopefully someday the Runabouts will get fixed so when our bass boats break down we can still go fishing! God Bless Patty and her crew! I hope they stick around!

For the price you pay they should update the interior of the boats. We had a water pump issue which resulted in us having to go back to the dock and have it repaired which didn't take too long. Overall it is Too pricey. We all enjoyed the trip but unfortunately a pricey gas bill for after the return due to the generator running all the time I won't be back to rent. Cabins are lot cheaper for 4 days and 3 nights.

The positives - All of the staff members were so kind. It was a quieter dock so we didn’t have to go far for a good skiing spot. Areas of improvement - We rented a boat slip and someone was parked in our spot upon arrival so they moved us. The next day someone was parked in our newly assigned spot so we had to park on the outside of the slips. We also rented a pontoon. On the initial walk through the engine sparked and there was a fire. The issue was resolved, but it wasted an hour of our rental time with no compensation. None of the gauges worked on the boat so we had to keep checking the gas and the seats appeared to be covered in algae. The ledge above the steering wheel was covered in cigarette butts and nacho cheese, so it had clearly not been cleaned between renters. Trying to buy anything takes a while. We needed a bag of ice and waited 11 minutes to pay. We will stick with our regular docks for our trip next year.

Really nice people, nice cabins, boats and houseboat rentals. Best dock on Dale Hollow
