Staff friendly if your friendly to them, some rooms had bedbugs,most rooms are outdated n crap,no cable no microwave but you can get a cheap room here so price is good.Also they are slowly improving some rooms

The tv and service here is horrible I've been here for a couple weeks day by day and I would of expected at least a free night by now specially do to no tv place is not cheap either terrible needs better managment

This is a great place to stop for a nights rest from your travels. The staff here is very, very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The best part of our experience was the price! Very affordable. I would highly recommend going here if you need a room. Good people great prices.

It's aight. You get what you pay for on this side of town. Big rooms. Dirty and NO PETS ALLOWED. Says they will kick you out with no refund if you have a pet in your room. Some rooms are boarded completely up. Not noisy at all, very quiet hotel. Overall good stay! 👍

Positive: The only good thing was being able to legally smoke cannabis in the room. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and gave incorrect info by phone, the room had bugs, missing furniture pieces, and a bathroom sink that wasn't even installed! Worst hotel Negative: "" Negative: ""

Positive: Never got to stay....Was very displeased with the whole situation Negative: Did not get to stay. I had booked 4 days ahead when I got there they stated they didn't have my room. He wanted to charge more for a different room. I booked a King/Smoking room, he wanted to give me a Double/Non-smoking room for an extra amount. Negative: ""

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to! It was disgusting! The last persons belongings were still in the room. The comforters were both completely stained all over both sides and had burns on them. There was crumbs in the microwave, on the fridge, in the fridge, and on the table. The tub was dirty the toilet had a termite swimming in it and toilet seat was scratched, there was writing on the bathroom walls the mirrors were dirty the box spring was dirty. They had ants! The carpet had so many stains and was not vacuumed! My family that lives close by brought me cleaning supplies and linens to clean the room and vacuum and lay on nice linens. The chair was filthy the empty vacuum my family brought was half full when I finished. Front desk did nothing! I will not refer anyone here!!!! Refund me!! Front desk lied about sending housekeeping first thing in the morning to fix it and get new unstained towels and linens they never came when I complained that they never came she said they clean that room on Monday Wednesday and Friday that they weren’t coming completely wasted my weekend getaway cleaning my room instead of enjoying my getaway absolutely horrible I am telling everyone to stay away from this place they wouldn’t refund me or fix it the Monday desk attendee wouldn’t even hear my complaints he kept cutting me off never again will I waste my money here! They do have a pool and as hot as it is it’s not open this place is trash! Refund!!!! There was a roach in the picture frame above the bed! (Pictured) out of the three lamps for the room one had a lamp shade it was ripped up and stained! Stains and mold all over the room so gross!

The front desk staff is rude. The room we had was dirty. There was stains on the bedding and floor. The room had black mold. The stairs were in poor condition. There were cigarette burn marks on the tub. The refrigerator worked well. That was the only positive.
