Place is rarely busy and the food is really just decent. Staff is nice and options are available for most diets. They accept off campus dining dollars from Pitt which is great. The food is just really mid. It is not bad, but really nothing special. Fries were moist.

First time here & we really enjoyed it. The staff was very pleasant & helpful. The food was delicious & just what I needed! I got a Mexican street corn grain bowl and could only eat half! My husband had a bacon jam burger & we split an order of fries. It seemed like the perfect mix for us. We are excited to try other options if we find a Hello Bistro back home.

I haven't been to Hello Bistro in a few years. I went to the Oakland location this past weekend. I ordered a cheese burger and fries which is what I would usually order in the past. All I can say is I need to go more often 😂. That burger and fries was sooo good. I asked for salt but I didn't even use it on my fries. They were seasoned perfectly. The burger had the right amount of condiments for me. I wasn't even starving but I didn't leave a crumb 😂. I honestly can't wait to go back.

Clean, simple, and fresh. Just what we were looking for. Right now my wife and I are on an AIP diet and hello bistro had one of the best (only) available options for us. Their roasted chicken specifically is great because it's prepared with the most minimal ingredients. I was generally impressed by the simplicity of what they cook and how fresh it was!

The workers here have a bad attitude, even cursing at customers at the front. They can prepare your food pretty slowly most days. The fries are salty enough to kill a snail. The gluten free bun is pretty decent but they don't actually follow precautions because I have had gluten reactions from here. Samsung pay works sometimes, it may depend on who is the cashier. I have had issues with this location in the past regarding undercooked meat. Hello Bistro is a good restaurant but not this particular location. The one downtown is a much better choice.

I am impressed with number of toppings you can add to salad. In terms of food, great. I had the biggest salad in a long long time with probably most diverse mix in my bowl. However, I do agree with some reviews that say the staff seem not to care that much to be nice to customers. They get the job done, though. I don't mind that much, but if you know you may, just expect to be direct with them what you want.

This review is long overdue, but I order from this location multiple times a week. I always order online for pick up and my salad is always ready right away and very tasty! The employees are all very nice too! This is definitely my favorite Hello Bistro location. They all do a fantastic job here!

Walked to this shop while staying in a near by hotel in the city. We arrived around. 8pm on a weekday and there were few patrons inside. The staff was friendly and provided recommendations on items to try since it was our first time visiting. I opted for a turkey burger with fries and my mother ordered a salad. The food came out quickly. When I took the first bite of my turkey burger I was hooked. The burger was juicy and flavorful. I actually felt like I might have been eating beef it was so good!! My moms salad was massive. You could easily eat the salad for two meals. I did not try the salad, but my mom said it was tasty. I am glad we found this spot. They offer healthy options on the go without compromising on flavor!
